CBC Radio Program Whitewashes and Ignores Palestinian Terrorist Attacks

Over the last two weeks, 11 innocent people in Israel have been murdered in terrorist attacks. The attacks have included a car-ramming and stabbing spree in the southern Israeli city of Beersheva which killed four, a shooting in the port city of Hadera saw two murdered, and a Palestinian terrorist fired a machine gun at passersby, murdering five of them, in the city of Bnei Brak.

But listeners to the April 2 episode of “Day 6,” a CBC Radio program guest hosted by Peter Armstrong (former Middle East bureau chief), would not have heard any of that. The segment entitled “Digitizing Palestinian music from the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s,” featured an interview with Palestinian actor Mo’min Swaitat, who in 2020 uncovered a trove of Palestinian music from the 1980’s, including the song “Intifada” by Palestinian singer Riad Awwad.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is again making it clear that its understanding of anti-Semitism stops at the moment Israel, the birthplace of Judaism whose existence is supported by more than 90 percent of the world’s Jewry, is mentioned favorably.

Last week, CAIR’s Philadelphia chapter filed an EEOC complaint, alleging employment discrimination by a posh Pennsylvania private school. Natalie Abulhawa was fired from her job as an athletic trainer at the Agnes Irwin School in Rosemont after a review of her social-media posts, which cursed “Zionists” with a crude and sexist term while another said, “Israel doesn’t have a right to exist.”

A group of men came to Iqbal Masih’s snooker club in Lahore Development Authority (LDA) quarters in Model Town, Lahore, on the eve of February 13, 2022. What was meant to be a fun activity turned ugly, when they started arguing over the game – and some money matters. When Masih asked them to leave his club, the men abused him and ransacked his property. The situation worsened, as more representatives of the Muslim and Christian communities got involved in the fight.

Tommy Robinson was filmed being detained by police at Manchester Airport just hours after he claimed he was deported from Mexico.

Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, featured in video footage which showed a heated confrontation with two police officers at the airport this afternoon who say they were believed he had 'breached security'.

In a Telegram message to his followers shared later today, the 39-year-old accuses one Greater Manchester Police Officer of trying to 'bait' him into a reaction so they could 'arrest him legitimately'.

New York City’s iconic Times Square hosted over 1,000 Muslims who broke their fast and attended the “first-ever” Tarawih prayers on Saturday, the first day of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

Organizers of the event distributed 1,500 meals to those who attended the event, from across the U.S. and even as far as Montreal, Canada. They also recited verses from the Holy Quran and spoke about the significance of the month.

Pakistan: Punjab Assembly members engage in hand to hand combat on first day of Ramzan (video)

Visuals of Pakistani lawmakers engaging in fistfight have come to light amid the major political drama in the neighbouring country on the first day of holy month of Ramzan. In a video shared by Pakistani journalist, women members of Punjab Assembly can be seen getting violent with each other as they punch each other.

At around 28 seconds, when one man appears to be intervening to stop the fight, other man comes forward asking him to not get involved.

Bangladeshi ‘cop’ assaults Hindu woman for wearing bindi, police probe on
15 hours ago

An alleged cop in Bangladesh assaulted a Hindu woman verbally and physically for wearing a bindi (a coloured dot worn between the eyebrows, especially by Hindu women), according to local media reports.

Lota Sumaddaer, a theatre and media studies lecturer at Tejgaon College in Dhaka, alleged that a “man in uniform” harassed her after spotting bindi on her forehead while she was going to the campus on Saturday morning.

She said the incident took place near Shezan Point shopping mall around 8. 30am.

Knife Attack on Hindu Temple by 'Allah' Praiser

A muslim man on 3rd of April forcefully tried to enter into the premises of Gorakhnath Mandir by shouting Allah hu Akbar. The name of the person is Ahmad Murtaza Abbasi. The muslim man was equipped with a sharp edged weapon. In an attempt to enter the premises of Gorakhnath Mandir, Two jawans deployed in the security of the temple were attacked by this muslim youth with his sharp weapon while raising Islamist slogan “Allah hu akbar”, after which both were injured. After the attack, the temple staff and other people and other policemen deployed in security ran to the accused and caught him. Both the injured jawans have been admitted to Gorakhnath Hospital. At the same time, the police is interrogating the arrested accused.

Suspected Islamists kill 21 civilians in eastern Congo

Suspected Islamist militants killed at least 21 civilians in an overnight attack on a village in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, a local human rights group and a witness said on Monday.

Fighters believed to be from the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) (Islamic extremism Bob) attacked the village of Masambo on Sunday night, said Ricardo Rupande, president of the group, the Ruenzori Sector Civil Society.

The Muslim month of Ramadan, which began on Friday night, is already proving to be the challenge that Israeli authorities had anticipated. Palestinians and radicalized Arab Israelis swarming the Old City of Jerusalem’s Damascus Gate on Saturday and Sunday attacked police, who were stationed at site to keep the peace.

The irony is inescapable. Ramadan, one of the Five Pillars of Islam, is marked by fasting and serious prayer. The 29- to 30-day period is when Muslims are supposed to focus on faith, spiritual contemplation and self-discipline. In Israel, however, the holy days are a source of potential—and often realized—peril for citizens and tourists of all religions. The proximity of Passover and Easter, rather than cause for monotheistic celebration, only serves to make the security situation more precarious for residents and visitors alike.

The facts of the case are nothing short of gruesome: Seattle’s KING 5 reported Wednesday that “Tyrone Bernard Wells Jr. was charged with first-degree murder in King County Superior Court on Wednesday after a woman was found 'brutally murdered’ at his Shoreline home. Prosecutors requested Wells’ bail be set at $5 million to reflect the ‘extreme danger’ he poses to the community if he was released from jail, according to charging documents.” Wells himself explained that he committed this brutal murder after reading the Qur’an, which gave him the idea that he should kill his victim. Since Americans have been thoroughly indoctrinated by this point, there is no indication that anyone connected with the case has even for a second entertained the idea that maybe there is something about this Qur’an that incites violence.

Egyptian Writer Following Killing Of ISIS Operative Who Was Nephew Of Hamas Leader Yahya Al-Sinwar: There Is No Difference Between ISIS, Hamas And Muslim Brotherhood

On March 26, 2022, the Saudi Al-Arabiya television channel reported, citing Egyptian sources, that the Egyptian armed forces and the Sinai Tribes Union had thwarted an attempt by several ISIS operatives to infiltrate Sinai from Gaza, killing three of the operatives and capturing three others. One of the operatives who was killed was identified as Mus'ab Mutawa', aka Abu Jamil Al-Ghazzawi. He is the son of Jamil Mutawa', who is in charge of Hamas' charity foundations in Khan Younis, and Jamila Al-Sinwar, sister of Yahya Al-Sinwar, the head of Hamas' political bureau in Gaza.[1] Mus'ab Mutawa' was formerly a commander in Hamas' military wing, but two years ago it was reported that he had joined ISIS in Sinai. [2]

Asianet uses Hindu festival name for a crime involving Muslims, changes headlines after outrage:

On April 2, Asianet Hindi published a report about a woman who had complained against her father-in-law and husband. Though the woman and accused were Muslims, Asianet net decided to use Hindu Festival Navratri’s name instead of Ramzan, which is a Muslim festival that is happening simultaneously. The headlines remained the same for two days, and it was changed only after the outrage on April 4.

The Google News section still shows “Navratri” in the title. It takes a few hours for Google News to catch up with the changes in the title. That means the title was changed only a few hours before this report was published.
