French Interior Minister’s Dissolution of Palestinian Solidarity Organization Overruled by Council of State

A high court in France has reversed a decision of the country’s interior minister to dissolve a pro-Palestinian organization accused of inciting antisemitic hatred.

In a ruling on Friday, the French Council of State — the supreme court for administrative matters — annulled a decision by Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin to dissolve the “Collectif Palestine Vaincra” (“Palestine Will Overcome Collective”).

Darmanin had announced on March 9 that the Collective would be dissolved along with another solidarity organization calling itself the Palestine Action Committee. “As detailed in the executive order I presented, it called for hatred, violence and discrimination,” Darmanin said of the Collective.

Blasts cut power to millions in Afghanistan before Eid holiday

Millions of people across 11 provinces in Afghanistan faced blackouts on Saturday after two power transmission towers were blown up just west of the capital Kabul, authorities said.

The power outages come before the Eid al-Fitr holiday which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

Two pylons in the province of Parwan were bombed late on Friday, cutting off electricity to the capital and neighbouring provinces.

Imam From Central Israel Detained on Suspicion of Incitement Over Al-Aqsa Stance

Sheikh Yusuf Albaz, the imam of the Great Mosque of the central Israeli city of Lod, was detained on Saturday morning on suspicion of incitement over his stance on the recent uptick in violence at Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In the last week, the imam of Lod's Great Mosque, Sheikh Yusuf Albaz, has praised the recently-released leader of the outlawed northern Islamic Movement and raged against Israel's 'interference' at Al-Aqsa Mosque

Afghan asylum seeker massacres his wife with 29 knife wounds because of her western lifestyle

The daughter (2) was sleeping peacefully when her father Samad Q. (39) committed a bloodbath in the living room and killed her mother (23). Ayoubi Q. suffered deep stabs in her heart and lungs from the 18 cm knife blade. The 23-year-old bled to death in the accommodation unit of the refugee shelter in Ahrensburg (Stormarn district). 29 stabs!

After the bloody act of violence in September 2021, the verdict against the man from Afghanistan was pronounced on Friday at the Lübeck Regional Court. Samad Q. must serve life behind bars for the murder of his wife. He did not want to accept the emancipation aspirations of his wife and therefore killed her, said the chairman of the jury chamber in the reasons for the verdict. This was murder for base motives.

Mossad operates in Iran, foils IRGC plot to kill Israeli diplomat, US general

Iran's Quds Force reportedly also planned to assassinate a senior American military general in Germany and a journalist in France.

The Mossad – operating in Iran – apprehended and interrogated an Iranian national who was leading a plot to kill an Israeli diplomat and a US general, sources have confirmed.

An audio recording released on Saturday showed a photo of Mansour Rasouli admitting he had been ordered to establish a cell to assassinate a worker at the Israeli Consulate in Istanbul, a US general stationed in Germany and a journalist in France.

Islamic Police, Hisbah Ban Dance Parties, Others, Deploy Over 1,200 Personnel In Jigawa

The Jigawa State Hisbah Command says it has deployed 1,223 of its personnel to impose a ban on dance parties, gala and other alleged social vices, especially during the Eid-El-Fitr celebration.

The state commandant, Ibrahim Dahiru, stated this in a release issued to newsmen in Dutse, the state capital.

He said the personnel were deployed to mosques and other public places where the Sallah celebration would take place across the state for the maintenance of law and order.

A37-year-old Afghan has been in Austria with his family for quite some time and is probably not yet fully integrated in Europe. He is said to repeatedly frighten Muslim women in his neighbourhood with remarks. He allegedly said to a female neighbour, who belongs to the Shiite Hazara minority, that they are not regarded as normal people in Afghanistan and that Hazara should be “slaughtered over the back of the head”.

After the widow refused to take care of the 37-year-old’s children for a short time, he allegedly uttered that “this is the wrong place, but he is allowed to rape and behead her in Afghanistan”. However, the reported statements could no longer be proven beyond doubt at the regional court yesterday. It is also impossible to carry out the threats now. Thus, the “milieu-related expressions of displeasure” were met with an acquittal.
