Genesis 40:20 And it came to pass the third day, which was Pharaoh's birthday, that he made a feast unto all his servants: and he lifted up the head of the chief butler and the head of the chief baker among his servants.

Who is the first person to be recorded for falling asleep during a sermon?
What was the consequence this person paid for doing so?

Maybe, Eutychus? Acts 20:9 And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, being fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead. He fell from a third story loft and was killed. Love in Christ, Eva

Hey! Way to go guys! I'm sorry I can't get on here a lot more. The new job is keeping me pretty busy and at the same time my computer at home has slowed way down. I've got to figure out how to make it move a little faster! Love you all!

You got another one, EVa. Great job.
We would love to have you here more frequently also, Grammy but I am sure that we all are understanding that some things in life must take priority at times. I am thankful that you are able to come here as often as you do, just as I am for all that are here.

What group of consecrated men never cut their hair? (Genesis, Exodus, Numbers) Nazarites: Numbers 6:2-5 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto the LORD: He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried. All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk. All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto the LORD, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow. Eva! You are just too good!
Okay here's one more off the top of what's left of my head today. (I'm at work)
When the Israelites took a woman hostage or captured (whatever), what was the woman made to do with her hair? (Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua)

What was the name of the foreign god that many Israelites had sacrificed their children to? (Deuteronomy, Joshua, 2 Kings) Don't forget yesterday's bonus question! It's still unanswered.

Is this Molech(the fire-god)? we are looking for. (2Ki 23:10 KJV) And he defiled Topheth, which is in the valley of the children of Hinnom, that no man might make his son or his daughter to pass through the fire to Molech.Captive women I believe it was to shave their heads. (Deu 21:11 KJV) And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife; (Deu 21:12 KJV) Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;

Yes! On both counts!

(2 Kings, 1 Chronicles, Ezra) 2Kings 3:26 & 27 And when the king of Moab saw that the battle was too sore for him, he took with him seven hundred men that drew swords, to break through even unto the king of Edom: but they could not. Then he took his eldest son that should have reigned in his stead, and offered him for a burnt offering upon the wall. And there was great indignation against Israel: and they departed from him, and returned to their own land. Thanks GrammyLuv. Love in Christ, Eva
