Are the Welsh rabbits the ones with the really long floppy ears that get pretty big. If so, I got to play with one of them not too long ago at a pet store, and the clerk said they could be domesticated much like a dog. All I can really say is that it was fun to pet and I didn't get bitten. In fact, it appeared that the rabbit loved people and to be petted.

If you guys are trying to steal pet rabbits from little girls and eat them, you're MEAN!   Wink

Yes welsh rabbits get big, and are good eating. There was many times, all there was to eat was rabbit course we also raised them.

At that time, I didn't know it was a little girls pet rabbit. Once I found out, I changed my ideas. Undecided

I was just reflecting on the last time I got to watch cartoons with my grandsons. I was having fun just being with them, but I really enjoyed watching them laugh at the cartoons. I really thought it was odd that their favorites are the really old ones, the same ones I laughed about and still laugh about when I get a chance.

By the way, I'll spend one sentence getting this back on topic. I have my coffee, and I got wild putting some diet coffee-mate in it. They only have two diet flavors, and I like both of them from time to time. They really need a coffee flavored coffee-mate.   Huh   UM? - But I've got real coffee and don't need it. There's nothing like the aroma of fresh coffee, especially since my doctor TOLD me to drink it - all I want. I just told the doctor to twist my arm a tiny bit and I would do exactly what he told me to. As it turns out, coffee is part of GOD'S Pharmacy, and it has several almost amazing health benefits (i.e. anti-oxident).

Now, back to cartoons. I like all of the old Looney Toons, and so do my grandsons. YES - I'll admit that I look for cartoons from time to time when I take a break, but they have to be the old ones that kids have been laughing at for 40 + years. They even teach good common sense. Example:  never order a kit from Acme designed to catch a roadrunner.

My feelings are hurt terribly that you would use a baby picture of me in trying to illustrate something weird.

I'll have you know that my mother said I was a good looking lad! She only said that once, but I remember it!

SO THERE!

Brothers and Sisters,

I have my coffee, and I'd like to share a few things on my mind. I'll try to keep most of this positive, but most of the subject matter is negative.

The recent news about our so-called government trying to demonize our Veterans and everyone else who is decent in our country is sickening. I would rather them try to demonize me specifically and leave the Veterans alone. I saw their attempted SMOOTHING OVER of this situation today, and it made things worse in my opinion. This is simply a STARK example of how bad things are getting. For Christians, our times of greatest challenge are probably near. I'll speak for myself and say that I pray NOT TO GIVE AN INCH! I'm convinced this should be a time of GREATEST STRENGTH for Christians! I'm also convinced that the only way we can rise to the needs of the time is to PRAY THAT GOD helps us!

We are watching times where many self-professing Christians compromise, conform to the world, and become useful to the devil - NOT GOD! LORD, help us to do YOUR Will - even to the death! We ask these things in the Precious Name of JESUS CHRIST, our LORD and SAVIOUR Forever!  Amen.

Isaiah 5:20 ESV  Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

Brothers and Sisters, our countrymen don't have a nationality of this world, RATHER OF HEAVEN! In these times of chaos and UGLY events, our HOMELAND has gotten more beautiful and peaceful. We have lies all around us in this increasingly evil world, but HOME is PURE TRUTH. Worldly leaders are corrupt and evil, but our LEADER IS WITHOUT SPOT OR BLEMISH - HOLY - AND PERFECT! Our leader hasn't changed and never will. Our LEADER is also the most powerful and has NO peers at all!

Our LEADER is probably close to allowing evil mankind and the devil have all the supposed FUN they want to without HIS Intervention. It will be a horrible time that evil richly deserves, and those who survive will beg for it to end. In the meantime, OUR LEADER - OUR LORD - OUR SAVIOUR - OUR HEAVENLY FATHER - AND OUR BEST FRIEND will keep loving HIS CHILDREN - that's us! HIS Will for us will be the BEST by far, and it's up to us to find out what HIS Will for us is. We can PRAY, ASK, and DO! - exactly as we should!

Love In Christ,
Tom

Isaiah 14:1-32 ASV  For Jehovah will have compassion on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the sojourner shall join himself with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.  2  And the peoples shall take them, and bring them to their place; and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of Jehovah for servants and for handmaids: and they shall take them captive whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.  3  And it shall come to pass in the day that Jehovah shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy trouble, and from the hard service wherein thou wast made to serve,  4  that thou shalt take up this parable against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!  5  Jehovah hath broken the staff of the wicked, the sceptre of the rulers;  6  that smote the peoples in wrath with a continual stroke, that ruled the nations in anger, with a persecution that none restrained.  7  The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing.  8  Yea, the fir-trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid low, no hewer is come up against us.  9  Sheol from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming; it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.  10  All they shall answer and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?  11  Thy pomp is brought down to Sheol, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and worms cover thee.  12  How art thou fallen from heaven, O day-star, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, that didst lay low the nations!  13  And thou saidst in thy heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; and I will sit upon the mount of congregation, in the uttermost parts of the north;  14  I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.  15  Yet thou shalt be brought down to Sheol, to the uttermost parts of the pit.  16  They that see thee shall gaze at thee, they shall consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;  17  that made the world as a wilderness, and overthrew the cities thereof; that let not loose his prisoners to their home?  18  All the kings of the nations, all of them, sleep in glory, every one in his own house.  19  But thou art cast forth away from thy sepulchre like an abominable branch, clothed with the slain, that are thrust through with the sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a dead body trodden under foot.  20  Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, thou hast slain thy people; the seed of evil-doers shall not be named for ever.  21  Prepare ye slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers, that they rise not up, and possess the earth, and fill the face of the world with cities.  22  And I will rise up against them, saith Jehovah of hosts, and cut off from Babylon name and remnant, and son and son's son, saith Jehovah.  23  I will also make it a possession for the porcupine, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith Jehovah of hosts.  24  Jehovah of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely, as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:  25  that I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulder.  26  This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth; and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.  27  For Jehovah of hosts hath purposed, and who shall annul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?  28  In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden.  29  Rejoice not, O Philistia, all of thee, because the rod that smote thee is broken; for out of the serpent's root shall come forth an adder, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.  30  And the first-born of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety; and I will kill thy root with famine, and thy remnant shall be slain.  31  Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou art melted away, O Philistia, all of thee; for there cometh a smoke out of the north, and there is no straggler in his ranks.  32  What then shall one answer the messengers of the nation? That Jehovah hath founded Zion, and in her shall the afflicted of his people take refuge.

Matthew 13:1-58 ASV  On that day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side.  2  And there were gathered unto him great multitudes, so that he entered into a boat, and sat; and all the multitude stood on the beach.  3  And he spake to them many things in parables, saying, Behold, the sower went forth to sow;  4  and as he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the birds came and devoured them:  5  and others fell upon the rocky places, where they had not much earth: and straightway they sprang up, because they had no deepness of earth:  6  and when the sun was risen, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.  7  And others fell upon the thorns; and the thorns grew up and choked them:  8  and others fell upon the good ground, and yielded fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.  9  He that hath ears, let him hear.  10  And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?  11  And he answered and said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.  12  For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that which he hath.  13  Therefore speak I to them in parables; because seeing they see not, and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.  14  And unto them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall in no wise understand; And seeing ye shall see, and shall in no wise perceive:  15  For this people's heart is waxed gross, And their ears are dull of hearing, And their eyes they have closed; Lest haply they should perceive with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, And should turn again, And I should heal them.  16  But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear.  17  For verily I say unto you, that many prophets and righteous men desired to see the things which ye see, and saw them not; and to hear the things which ye hear, and heard them not.  18  Hear then ye the parable of the sower.  19  When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the evil one, and snatcheth away that which hath been sown in his heart. This is he that was sown by the way side.  20  And he that was sown upon the rocky places, this is he that heareth the word, and straightway with joy receiveth it;  21  yet hath he not root in himself, but endureth for a while; and when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, straightway he stumbleth.  22  And he that was sown among the thorns, this is he that heareth the word; and the care of the world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.  23  And he that was sown upon the good ground, this is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; who verily beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.  24  Another parable set he before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man that sowed good seed in his field:  25  but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares also among the wheat, and went away.  26  But when the blade sprang up and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.  27  And the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst thou not sow good seed in thy field? whence then hath it tares?  28  And he said unto them, An enemy hath done this. And the servants say unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?  29  But he saith, Nay; lest haply while ye gather up the tares, ye root up the wheat with them.  30  Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather up first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them; but gather the wheat into my barn.  31  Another parable set he before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like unto a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:  32  which indeed is less than all seeds; but when it is grown, it is greater than the herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the heaven come and lodge in the branches thereof.  33  Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till it was all leavened.  34  All these things spake Jesus in parables unto the multitudes; and without a parable spake he nothing unto them:  35  that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things hidden from the foundation of the world.  36  Then he left the multitudes, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Explain unto us the parable of the tares of the field.  37  And he answered and said, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;  38  and the field is the world; and the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil one;  39  and the enemy that sowed them is the devil: and the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are angels.  40  As therefore the tares are gathered up and burned with fire; so shall it be in the end of the world.  41  The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that cause stumbling, and them that do iniquity,  42  and shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.  43  Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He that hath ears, let him hear.  44  The kingdom of heaven is like unto a treasure hidden in the field; which a man found, and hid; and in his joy he goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.  45  Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a merchant seeking goodly pearls:  46  and having found one pearl of great price, he went and sold all that he had, and bought it.  47  Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:  48  which, when it was filled, they drew up on the beach; and they sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but the bad they cast away.  49  So shall it be in the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the righteous,  50  and shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.  51  Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea.  52  And he said unto them, Therefore every scribe who hath been made a disciple to the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder, who bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.  53  And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.  54  And coming into his own country he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?  55  Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joseph, and Simon, and Judas?  56  And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?  57  And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor, save in his own country, and in his own house.  58  And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

Mark 4:1-41 ASV  And again he began to teach by the sea side. And there is gathered unto him a very great multitude, so that he entered into a boat, and sat in the sea; and all the multitude were by the sea on the land.  2  And he taught them many things in parables, and said unto them in his teaching,  3  Hearken: Behold, the sower went forth to sow:  4  and it came to pass, as he sowed, some seed fell by the way side, and the birds came and devoured it.  5  And other fell on the rocky ground, where it had not much earth; and straightway it sprang up, because it had no deepness of earth:  6  and when the sun was risen, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.  7  And other fell among the thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.  8  And others fell into the good ground, and yielded fruit, growing up and increasing; and brought forth, thirtyfold, and sixtyfold, and a hundredfold.  9  And he said, Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.  10  And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parables.  11  And he said unto them, Unto you is given the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all things are done in parables:  12  that seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest haply they should turn again, and it should be forgiven them.  13  And he saith unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how shall ye know all the parables?  14  The sower soweth the word.  15  And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; and when they have heard, straightway cometh Satan, and taketh away the word which hath been sown in them.  16  And these in like manner are they that are sown upon the rocky places, who, when they have heard the word, straightway receive it with joy;  17  and they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then, when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, straightway they stumble.  18  And others are they that are sown among the thorns; these are they that have heard the word,  19  and the cares of the world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.  20  And those are they that were sown upon the good ground; such as hear the word, and accept it, and bear fruit, thirtyfold, and sixtyfold, and a hundredfold.  21  And he said unto them, Is the lamp brought to be put under the bushel, or under the bed, and not to be put on the stand?  22  For there is nothing hid, save that it should be manifested; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light.  23  If any man hath ears to hear, let him hear.  24  And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete it shall be measured unto you; and more shall be given unto you.  25  For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken away even that which he hath.  26  And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed upon the earth;  27  and should sleep and rise night and day, and the seed should spring up and grow, he knoweth not how.  28  The earth beareth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.  29  But when the fruit is ripe, straightway he putteth forth the sickle, because the harvest is come.  30  And he said, How shall we liken the kingdom of God? or in what parable shall we set it forth?  31  It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown upon the earth, though it be less than all the seeds that are upon the earth,  32  yet when it is sown, groweth up, and becometh greater than all the herbs, and putteth out great branches; so that the birds of the heaven can lodge under the shadow thereof.  33  And with many such parables spake he the word unto them, as they were able to hear it;  34  and without a parable spake he not unto them: but privately to his own disciples he expounded all things.  35  And on that day, when even was come, he saith unto them, Let us go over unto the other side.  36  And leaving the multitude, they take him with them, even as he was, in the boat. And other boats were with him.  37  And there ariseth a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the boat, insomuch that the boat was now filling.  38  And he himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion: and they awake him, and say unto him, Teacher, carest thou not that we perish?  39  And he awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.  40  And he said unto them, Why are ye fearful? have ye not yet faith?  41  And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

Please read Acts 8 and Acts 13.

Romans 8:31-39 ASV  What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?  32  He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things?  33  Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth;  34  who is he that condemneth? It is Christ Jesus that died, yea rather, that was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.  35  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?  36  Even as it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter.  37  Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.  38  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,  39  nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

2 Timothy 3:1-17 ASV  But know this, that in the last days grievous times shall come.  2  For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, railers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,  3  without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good,  4  traitors, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God;  5  holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power thereof: from these also turn away.  6  For of these are they that creep into houses, and take captive silly women laden with sins, led away by divers lusts,  7  ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.  8  And even as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also withstand the truth. Men corrupted in mind, reprobate concerning the faith.  9  But they shall proceed no further. For their folly shall be evident unto all men, as theirs also came to be.  10  But thou didst follow my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, patience,  11  persecutions, sufferings. What things befell me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured. And out of them all the Lord delivered me.  12  Yea, and all that would live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.  13  But evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.  14  But abide thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them.  15  And that from a babe thou hast known the sacred writings which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  16  Every scripture inspired of God is also profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction which is in righteousness.  17  That the man of God may be complete, furnished completely unto every good work.

Brothers and Sisters, I beg you to search the Scriptures to test all men who speak to you. If there is doubt, don't listen to them at all. We have GOD'S WORD that always speaks the TRUTH to us and NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH. As Christians, we can also come to the THRONE OF GRACE 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Think about this: we have access to the KING OF KINGS at any time, and we don't even need an appointment for an audience with the CREATOR OF ALL. MORE - we have THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD living in our hearts as a guide and comforter - with us and in us! We are already a part of CHRIST'S ETERNAL BODY - THE CHURCH WHICH IS THE BODY OF CHRIST! SO, HOW ARE THINGS GOING FOR US AS CHRISTIANS?

Love In Christ,
Tom
