I haven't had access to the web sites in a while for some reason. I'm not sure what is going on with them.

Generally, I've read about many problems concerning Christian sites. We already know that the BIG BOYS can cut Christian sites out of search engines, and we should also know they can effect routing to and from Christian Sites. NO, I don't have proof of this, but I do have common sense observations. Besides, I only have to get enough information for my own opinion, and I already have that.
IN MY OWN OPINION, I think that Christian sites are going to have a harder and harder time. If I was a WEALTHY Christian, I would put up a web of giant Christian servers that would make sure than Christian services continued. However, you already know that I'm MONEY CHALLENGED.
In other words, POOR.

Hello Everyone and GOOD EVENING!
I do have my coffee, and it sure is good, AND drinking it is making my doctor happy. It's nice to pull up a chair, read a variety of wholesome and GODLY materials, and have some Christian fellowship.
I want to share some thoughts that I'm having right now, and I know that many have the same thoughts pretty often. I first give thanks that I'm SAVED and belong to JESUS CHRIST. I didn't deserve it, but HE bought me with HIS Blood on the CROSS, and HE forgave me. The work of SALVATION is finished and PERFECT only because JESUS CHRIST made it possible - not men and certainly nothing to do with me.
Brothers and Sisters, I also many times wonder how I deserve to live in a part of the world that still has freedom, even if that freedom is under attack. I realize that I've taken many things for granted far too often, and I haven't given THANKS often enough for all of the freedoms I enjoy. One of those freedoms that I hold PRECIOUS is RELIGIOUS FREEDOM. I can study GOD'S WORD any time I want to in safety, and I can join with others in OPENLY talking about JESUS CHRIST. I know that many around the world don't have this freedom, and many are even being beaten or killed when they try to WORSHIP GOD. I think that all Christians need to think about and PRAY about things like this often. We can share THE GOSPEL OF THE GRACE OF GOD in safety, and others are being killed in many parts of the world for trying to do the same thing.
We should know that our freedom and safety could be lost and think about what we would do in places like Red China. Where we live could become like Red China, so what do we do? The answer for me is to STAND UP NOW AND KEEP STANDING UP for the remainder of my days in this short life. This should be a matter of thought and prayer for every Christian EVERY DAY.
GOD doesn't stop sending missionaries to parts of the world where missionaries are beaten, imprisoned, and killed. Further, there are still many STANDING and asking GOD ,"Send me." It's a horrible irony that many of the most needy mission fields are in our own back yards right where we live. In other words, we might already be RIGHT where GOD needs us. What will we do as we watch things decline and the devil take over? We will PRAY and ask GOD what HE wants us to do - AND DO IT!
Love In Christ,
Tom
Isaiah 55:6-13 ASV Seek ye Jehovah while he may be found; call ye upon him while he is near: 7 let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto Jehovah, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith Jehovah. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 10 For as the rain cometh down and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, and giveth seed to the sower and bread to the eater; 11 so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. 12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing; and all the trees of the fields shall clap their hands. 13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir-tree; and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle-tree: and it shall be to Jehovah for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

Hello Everyone,
I do have my coffee, and it sure is good.
I was just giving thanks for the variety of Godly materials that I get to look at and enjoy every day. I try to read the Voice of the Martyrs frequently to remind me that many others in the world have to put themselves in great danger to worship and even possess a Bible. As a contrast, I have an almost uncounted number of Bibles in print and on my computer. I can look at them and study them any time I want to in safety. We should give thanks for things like this, and I do. Brothers and Sisters, I say this because I hope that not one of us takes for granted our freedoms to worship God and study Godly materials.
We are living in a day and age where attempts will be made to take these freedoms away. In fact, we are watching attempts like this now. As for me, I have enjoyed these freedoms all of my 60 years and won't give them up. Regardless, we should give thanks for our religious freedoms. Generations have fought for them and to preserve them, so I also give thanks for many men and women of courage who gave their all for the freedoms that I enjoy.
Love In Christ,
Tom
Philippians 4:12-13 NASB 12 I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. 13 I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.

Hello Everyone,
Yes, I know that it's 3:00 AM in the morning, but I still have another fresh cup of coffee in front of me. In fact, I might even have another one while trying to catch up on some of my mail. Besides, this is usually my morning anyway.
I was just thinking about something that I want to share with everyone. There have been many sweet Christians over the years who have posted good and Godly material on Christians Unite. I have enjoyed this Godly material immensely, and I know that thousands of readers around the world are still enjoying the work here by many.
I just want to take this opportunity to say THANKS! I give thanks for you and appreciate your contribution to the LORD'S Work here.
I also give thanks for GOD'S Promise that HIS WORD will never be wasted and never return void. GOD'S WORD always accomplishes HIS Perfect WILL!
Love In Christ,
Tom

Well I have my coffee, and I'm happy the Lord is with me, always. This has been a rough couple of weeks for me. I have also missed y'all on C.U.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the
paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the
shadow of death; I will fear no evil: for thou
art with me; thy rod and thy staff they
comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the
presence of mine enemies: thou anointest
my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all
the days of my life; and I will dwell in the
house of the Lord for ever.

Hello DreamWeaver,
Brother Bob, you are in my prayers.
You just quoted one of my favorite portions of Scripture. It gives me a special feeling every time I read it or hear it. Part of that special feeling is PEACE WITH GOD, the biggest thing I give thanks for.
Brother, here's another favorite:
Psalms 100:1
Make a joyful noise unto Jehovah, all ye lands.
Psalms 100:2
Serve Jehovah with gladness: Come before his presence with singing.
Psalms 100:3
Know ye that Jehovah, he is God: It is he that hath made us, and we are his; We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Psalms 100:4
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, And into his courts with praise: Give thanks unto him, and bless his name.
Psalms 100:5
For Jehovah is good; his lovingkindness endureth for ever, And his faithfulness unto all generations.
Love In Christ,
Tom
Amos 4:13 ASV 13 For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought; that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the Earth Jehovah, the God of hosts, is his name.

Another one of my favorite portions of Scripture is;
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!
First, thanks DreamWeaver for that beautiful portion of Scripture that speaks volumes. It can also be the starting point for a beautiful Bible Study.
I have my coffee
, and I'm listening to the news. As usual, the coffee is good and the news is bad. One of the things I heard about is Obama's boycott of the National Prayer day. All I can say is: May God help us all. As a nation, we are in desperate need of prayer, and it would be nice to have a leader who participated and set an example for all of us. Well - so much for him being a good example of anything.
I know that it's hard to pray for leaders who are leading us down evil paths, but we should each consider this to be our Christian duty. In fact, our wrong leaders are worthy of more Prayer - not Less!
Brothers and Sisters, it's time for all Christians to be focused on what should be the core of our lives:
Studying God's Word
Prayer and More Prayer
Yielding to God's Will in our lives.
Love In Christ,
Tom
2 Peter 3:9 NASB 9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

Hi all,
I have my coffee, and I'm listening to the news as I post this. The coffee is great (Hawaiian Kona Coffee) and the news is getting worse as each passes. In the mean time brothers and sisters, keep looking up. For surely, as each day passes, our time on earth draws closer to an end.
Praise God in His merciful ways, keeping us from going through tribulation.
Peace and Grace unto you.

Hello DreamWeaver,
Brother Bob, I'm convinced that you're right. There are signs all over the world becoming more clear by the minute.
Regardless, I look forward to going HOME, and today would be WONDERFUL!
In the meantime, we can KEEP LOOKING UP!
As Christians, we have a better hope than this world, and we should reflect on that HOPE every day.
Love In Christ,
Tom

I have hardly been able to watch or read the news since the election. I get so depressed and you may have noticed that I haven't been on the news parts of this forum in a long time and that is why. I just get sick to my stomach with each thing I read about Obama. Him getting elected was surely through the dark powers of this world. However as much as I love a good "payback" movie, it will be nothing compared to the "payback" God has in store!

Hello Everyone,
I hope that everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day with friends and family. For many reasons, I think that this Memorial Day has special significance since our country is under assault by socialists and communists. We must reflect on the freedoms we enjoy and who paid for them. In honor of them, we must preserve what so many gave their all to secure and defend.
We don't ever want to reflect back upon what FREEDOM used to be like! That would mean we lost what was secured and preserved by the blood, sweat, and tears of generations of courageous men and women! This would be a great dishonor to all who have served us and given their all for our peace, safety, and FREEDOM!
SO, WE MUST NEVER ALLOW OUR FREEDOM TO BE LOST - REGARDLESS OF THE COST!
SAY NO!
TO SOCIALISM AND COMMUNISM!
Have a cup of coffee and think about this.

This country was born in Christianity, and people like Obama, should
NOT
take what doesn't belong to him. My opinion of Obama, is he should be impeached for breaking the law.
I'll shut up now................
