Family kidnaps own daughter marrying a Hindu man, thrashes her husband

A 24-year-old man from Gujarat’s Sarkhej was beaten up by three of his wife’s family members, who also kidnapped his wife after they objected to the interfaith marriage.

According to the reports, Lalit Khandvi, who works as a delivery person with a food delivery service, has filed a complaint against the family of his wife Simran Multani, alleging that his in-laws have kidnapped his wife.

Khandvi had met his wife, Simran Multani, at a wedding in Vatva around four years ago. At the time, Khandvi lived in Vatva while Simran resided in Bharuch. The couple fell in love and began dating each other.

Former Muslim Sheikh Converts To Christianity, Gets Poisoned For Leaving Islam

A 56 year old former sheikh or Islamic teacher in the eastern part of Uganda was poisoned last Saturday, shortly after his wife found out he converted to Christianity.

Hiire Sadiki, who lives in Masjidi Uthuman at Nawanjofu village, Butaleja District, reported from his hospital bed that he converted to Christianity on March 27 after months of dialogue with a Christian pastor. After refusing to observe the Islamic rituals of Ramadan, his wife found that he prayed in the name of Christ.

"She realized that I had converted to Christianity," Sadiki admitted, as per the Christian Headlines. "She questioned me because of the mode of my praying. I told her that I had believed in Issa [Jesus]."

The current terror wave in which 4 terrorists have murdered 14 people in terror attacks in Israel – the latest of which took place in the heart of Tel Aviv on Thursday -  was initiated and is being fueled by the PA and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah party. In order to ignite and perpetuate the terror wave the PA and Fatah are using all their usual methods: Implicit and direct calls for violence; demonization of Israel and Israelis; invoking the false claim that Israel/Israelis are planning to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque; attacking Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid for walking in Jerusalem; and repeating other sundry libels.

Nigeria now country with highest number of IS attacks —Jihad AnalyticsPublished 2 days ago on April 9, 2022

A report on Friday by a data processing agency on terrorism, Jihad Analytics, has revealed that Nigeria is now the country with the highest number of attacks by the Islamic State (IS), overtaking the likes of Iraq, Syria and other war-torn middle east countries.

According to the consultancy company which processes data on global and cyber jihad, “half of the attacks claimed by IS since the beginning of 2022 were in Africa, while the Islamic State in West Africa Province (ISWAP), an affiliate of IS, is now more active in Nigeria.”

The Jihad Analytics data also showed that while Nigeria has recorded a total of 162 IS operations since January 2022, Iraq has recorded 120.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman recently spoke with The Atlantic about his views on religion, politics, and economics. The heir to the Saudi throne emphasized Islam as the fundamental foundation of the state, denounced Islamist extremism, and insisted that he aims at returning Saudi Arabia “back to pure Islam.”

The interview is important for several reasons. The crown prince (often known by his initials, MBS) is arguably among the most powerful and influential Muslims of our day, and Saudi Arabia is the most cherished place on the planet for billions of Muslims. It is the heartland of Islam, where Muhammad presumably lived and preached. Moreover, Saudi Arabia is the epicenter of Sunni Islam—a version commonly followed by more than 85 percent of Muslims worldwide.

While the interview revealed a great deal about the crown prince’s religious and political views, his remarks on reforming Islam by rejecting extremism and returning to “pure Islam” are worth examining, as they present factual inaccuracies and lack historical support.

Why Palestinians Celebrate the Murder of Jews

The celebrations that took place in the West Bank and Gaza Strip after the recent terror attacks in Israel are yet another sign of the growing radicalization among the Palestinians and their refusal to recognize Israel's right to exist.

The expressions of joy, when Palestinians took to the streets to hand out sweets and chant slogans in support of the terrorists, are reminiscent of the celebrations that took place when then Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein fired missiles at Israel in 1991 during the First Gulf War, or when Hamas, Fatah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and other terror groups carried out suicide bombing attacks, murdering hundreds of Israelis during the Second Intifada, which erupted in 2000.

From Kashmir to Ram Navami: Quranic sanctions to ‘stoning’ the Devil and targeting of Kaafirs

Stone pelting was once an everyday phenomenon in the Kashmir Valley. Young children and grown men alike, dawned skull caps, unfurled ISIS flags and took to stoning the security forces in unison. However, with the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019, the cases of stone-pelting gradually began to drop. Today, it is close to nil.

However, it remained a central part of protests against the Indian Armed forces stationed in Kashmir. While sometimes stone-pelting was used by Islamists to agitate security forces, knowing fully well that the security personnel won’t use guns against them, at other times it was used as a tool to help besieged terrorists escape from being caught by the forces. Though it cannot be denied that several of the stone pelters were backed by the Pakistani deep state, the religious motivation behind it could not be understated.

A police unit from the Rouen police in northern France was violently attacked by around 15 individuals during an arrest on Tuesday evening, according to video footage and media reports.

Several amateur videos showing the attack were posted on social media and viewed tens of thousands of times. A suspect, just arrested by the police, managed to flee in handcuffs after youths attacked the officers, Actu17 reports.

Turkey home to 95% of prisoners convicted of terrorism in Europe: report

Turkey is by far the leader in the number of prisoners convicted of terrorism in Europe, according to the 2021 Council of Europe (CoE) Annual Penal Statistics on Prison Populations report, better known as SPACE I, Nordic Monitor reported.

According to SPACE I data, 32,006 people convicted of a terrorism-related crime are currently behind bars, and 30,555 of these people, or 95 percent, are in Turkish prisons, Nordic Monitor said.

Turkey had the second-highest prison population rate of the 47 CoE member states as of January 2021, with 325 prisoners per 100,000 inhabitants, according to SPACE 1.

The German Football Association (DFB) allows interruptions of matches for Muslim players because of Ramadan

The German Football Association (DFB) supports the granting of cooling breaks for Muslim players by referees during Ramadan.

“There is no general instruction on this, but we naturally support it when our referees allow such water breaks during Ramadan at the request of the players,” said Lutz Michael Fröhlich, managing director of sport and communications at German Football Association (DFB Schiri GmbH), when asked by the German Press Agency (dpa) on Monday.

“They are welcome to continue to do so.”

Britain’s First Gay Muslim Politician Found Guilty of Sexual Assault on Teen Boy.

Britain’s first homosexual, Muslim Member of Parliament has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.

Imran Ahmad Khan, 48, stood trial at Southwark Crown Court in London, wherein it was revealed he “forced the youngster to drink gin, dragged him upstairs and asked him to watch pornography before assaulting him.”

According to the BBC, “The court heard that Khan had gone to the boy’s bed and “reached in and touched his legs, reaching for, or actually touching, his groin”.

Clash over taking girl child to mosque in Narsigndi: Injured man dies at hospital

A man, who was injured in a clash between two groups for taking a girl child to a mosque during Tarabih prayers in Raipura upazila of Narsingdi on April 7, died at a hospital Sunday night (April 10, 2022).

The deceased was identified as Lal Chan Mia (28) of Bahadurpur village under North Bakharnagar union. One person was arrested in connetion with the death, said Gobinda ubgone9, inspector (Investigation) of Raipura Police Station, yesterday.

Lal Chan, a farmer by profession, did not take part in the clash but he tried to stop the clash, the police official told our Brahmanbaria correspondent.
