Migrants raped a defenceless 15-year-old girl at a party – The victim then had to watch a video of it

Agruesome accusation against a 27-year-old man from Afghanistan: He allegedly abused a girl who had been drugged by knockout drops.

The background: A Turk (then 18) had a fling with a 15-year-old girl. At a party 4.5 years ago in the Mostviertel district, a Syrian (16) allegedly administered a drink with knockout drops to the girl.

According to the indictment, the 18-year-old, the 16-year-old Syrian, a 14-year-old Austrian, a 15-year-old Romanian and a 27-year-old Afghan then laid the unconscious, naked girl on a mattress and each of the defendants raped the victim, sometimes several times. Two of the boys even filmed it. It was not until the next day that the then 15-year-old girl became conscious and had to watch the video.

Dearborn Police Nix CAIR's Hate Crime Hopes…

Speaking inside a Dearborn mosque, the head of the FBI Detroit office revealed that its investigation so far into a mosque fire and police shooting last week has shown that the suspect was not motivated by politics, ideology or religion.

Acting Special Agent in Charge of Detroit FBI Josh Hauxhurst addressed congregants Saturday at Al-Huda Islamic Association, a Muslim center on Warren Avenue that was set on fire one week ago. Officials have identified the suspect in the fire as Ahmed Taqi, 37, of Dearborn, whom police said died a few blocks away in Detroit after an exchange of fire with Dearborn police.

Nearly 400 civilians killed in Afghanistan since Taliban takeover, UN says

GENEVA (Reuters) – Nearly 400 civilians have been killed in attacks in Afghanistan since the Taliban takeover, more than 80% of them by a group affiliated to Islamic State, a U.N. report shows, underscoring the scale of the insurgency faced by the new rulers.

It is the first major human rights report since the Taliban seized power from the former U.S.-backed government in August, triggering concerns in the West about a broader rollback of rights for women, journalists and others.

It covers the period from August 2021 to the end of February and said that 397 civilians were killed mostly in a series of attacks by the Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) group.

Russia is trying to recruit Syrians to fight in Ukraine, U.S. says

The Pentagon said Monday it believes that Russia is now trying to recruit Syrian fighters to bolster the Russian war effort in Ukraine.

The Wall Street Journal first reported the story Sunday, saying Russia is seeking Syrians who have taken part in urban combat and could help Russia take control of cities such as Ukraine's capital Kyiv.

"The accounts of the Russians seeking Syrian fighters, to augment their forces in Ukraine, we do believe there's truth to that," Pentagon spokesman John Kirby told reporters. "It's interesting that (Russian President Vladimir) Putin would have to rely on foreign fighters."

Saffie-Rose Roussos' mum sobbed as she saw her eight-year-old daughter's selfies, taken on the way to the Ariana Grande concert in 2017.

The youngster was one of the 22 people killed in the attack. A further 59 were injured.

A man pumped four bullets into the body of his seven-day-old daughter in Nurpur Mohalla of Mianwali.

The accused, Shahzeb Khan, had been married two years ago and Allah had blessed him with a baby girl, Jannat, born seven days ago.

The baby’s maternal grandfather, Nasrullah Khan, told the police that his son-in-law had killed his daughter because he could not accept his wife giving birth to a girl -- and not a boy.

The greeting extended by the Taliban to women on International women’s day has infuriated Islamists on Twitter. Many have taken to the social networking site to call out the hardline Islamist regime “for not being Islamic enough” after it issued a statement on Women’s Day, claiming it is committed to addressing the plight of Afghan women.

Earlier in the day, the Taliban government in Afghanistan, which is known for institutionalising large-scale gender-based discrimination and violence against women, wished all the Afghan women on International Women’s Day.

Mental health report ordered for man accused of threatening to kill 'non-Muslims'

The court has ordered a mental health report be carried out for a young man accused of threatening to kill non-Muslims in Auckland.

The 20-year-old appeared in North Shore District Court this afternoon via audio-visual link from Auckland Prison at Paremoremo. He has been granted interim name suppression.

His mother waved to him from the public gallery. At the end of his appearance he told her he loved her.

The man has been charged with making a threat against non-Muslims in the Auckland community between July 13 and September 7 last year, as well as two counts of supplying or distributing an objectionable publication on August 5.

Germany’s foreign population went from committing 35 percent of rapes to 42.44 percent between 2000 and 2020

According to sexual crime statistics, Germany is facing a growing problem with its foreign-born population.

Data shows that the proportion of suspected foreigners in sexual offenses has risen significantly in recent years. The share of rapes from this segment of the population grew from 35 percent to 42.44 percent of overall sexual offenses between 2000 and 2020.

Germany’s foreign population is still overall a small share of the country’s population, which means they have an outsized influence disproportionate to their size.

In 2002, she published "Facts on the Ground: Archaeological Practice and Territorial Self-Fashioning in Israeli Society." The book is meant to be a discussion of how Israel uses and misuses archaeology for its own political purposes.

But she asserts, in her own voice, something so shocking that it should disqualify her in her own field, in a section of her book that discusses Palestinian looting of Jewish artifacts at archaeological sites - something that is rampant.

LYON, France -- Four men were convicted in Paris Wednesday of terrorist conspiracy after the murder of a Catholic priest in a Normandy church in 2016, an attack claimed by the Islamic State group.

The four were handed sentences of between eight years and life in prison over the attack on Father Jacques Hamel, 85, who was stabbed in his church in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray by two 19-year-olds as he finished Mass. Two nuns and an elderly couple were held hostage before the assailants slashed the priest’s throat and seriously injured another elderly churchgoer.

The teacher's name is Avadh Pratap Ojha, who teaches at IQRA IAS Institute in Maharashtra. In the video, he is seen glorifying terrorist Osama Bin Laden.

In the video, Ojha sir is seen saying, "Osama Bin Laden. He knew who I had to fight. Killed on the Twin Tower. The whole world knew his name. He entered the House of America and slapped them. This is an achievement. He attacked only once. It's called a dream. That doesn't mean the U.S. military killed him (Bin Laden).''

US uncovers Iranian plot to assassinate John Bolton, says report
National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan's warning to Iran was likely a response to plans by members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

(March 8, 2022 / JNS) At least two members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps had planned to assassinate former National Security Advisor John Bolton, a U.S. Justice Department official told the Washington Examiner.

The official said evidence exists to indict the Iranians. Still, the Biden administration reportedly wants to hold back so as not to jeopardize the ongoing nuclear talks in Vienna to revive the 2015 nuclear deal.

The source said that because of the severe nature of the plot, the Iranians should have been immediately indicted publicly.

Tuesday was International Women’s Day. In Berlin, it has even been a public holiday since 2019. I’ll leave aside whether schools have to be closed and the economy shut down for this. However, in view of the blatant human rights violations against women in many, predominantly Islamic, countries, it is important and necessary to remember the long road to equality.

Especially since the erosion of women’s and girls’ security has been steadily progressing for years. Even in Germany, the everyday life of women and girls is increasingly marked by sexual assaults, rape, bodily harm and murder. The New Year’s Eve in Cologne in 2015, in which hundreds of women became victims of sexual assault, is unforgettable.

That night, at the latest, women learned the lesson that they are no longer masters of their personal freedom and security. Those who go out must consider what clothing is “appropriate”. Because showing too much skin or wearing one’s hair down can even be understood by men from Muslim cultures as an “invitation” to overstep boundaries
