You've got me curious - what did you learn about family names if it isn't a family secret?

I made an off hand comment on facebook about wanting my last name to be my Mom's maiden name (i actually said the last name) and now my family thinks I am rejecting them.

I got most of my work done early today, so I've taken it easy today. I do have my coffee, and I'm going to finish my day with a variety of great Christian materials and some Bible Study.

Hello Everyone!

I hope that all are having a great week. I've had a pretty relaxed week so far, and I've used the time to read some great materials on the forum and at http://www.gracegems.org/ . Grace Gems has a lot of new material that's really beautiful. I highly recommend John MacDuff, James Smith, and Octavius Winslow. I can now say that John MacDuff is one of my favorite authors of the 1800s. I also got some personal time for Bible study that I really enjoyed.

Now, I know that some of you were hard at work and probably want to throw something at me for all of my leisure time. I did manage to also get some work done, and I used the materials I told you about.

Now I'm sitting here having a fresh cup of coffee and maybe doing a tiny bit more work before calling it a day.

I give thanks every day for the freedoms we enjoy, so I think often about the brave men and women who fought for and preserved those freedoms. THANK A VETERAN often - not just on Veteran's Day.
