Ex-Hezbollah sleeper agent goes on trial in NYC courthouse he’s accused of plotting to blow up

A former sleeper agent for Hezbollah faced trial Monday in one of the many New York City buildings he’s accused of plotting to bomb.

Alexei Saab, 45, allegedly moved to the U.S. in 2000 from Lebanon with a secret mission to apply for citizenship and plan a future attack on behalf of the militant group designated a foreign terrorist organization.

“He posed as a regular guy. He had a job as a software developer,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Samuel Adelsberg said in Manhattan Federal Court. “In fact, you’ll learn that on paper the defendant lived a normal life in the United States, when in reality, he was a sleeper agent for Hezbollah who was ready to strike.”

The Collective Against Islamophobia in Europe (CCIE) announced on Sunday April 24 a lawsuit against journalist Vincent Hervouët, presenter Pascal Praud and broadcaster CNews for “racial defamation and incitement to hatred” that, according to CCIE, took place in a television programme on March 30 dedicated to the possible victory of Marine Le Pen in the second round of the 2022 presidential elections.

Video: Muslim woman from Jahangirpuri wishes that Allah sends another calamity that would strike only Hindus, not Muslims

In the wake of the anti-encroachment drive that tore down illegal constructions in violence-stricken Jahangirpuri, Islamists resorted to scaremongering, peddling the propaganda that the action was an attempt to exact ‘revenge against Muslims’. It naturally sowed distrust and elicited angry reactions from a section of Muslims, many of whom were gullible enough to believe that the action was religiously discriminatory.

A video of one such resentful Muslim woman has gone viral on the internet. In the video, the woman wishes calamity such as coronavirus, which she claimed did not affect Muslims, to be struck on Hindus yet again.

The police did not respond to journalists’ calls for help but instead removed a journalist at the request of the event’s antisemitic organizer.

For the past several days, antisemitic Muslims rioted and attacked police during anti-Israel demonstrations in Berlin, Germany. One hundred sixty police officers were on duty. Stones were thrown, and dozens of journalists were attacked and injured. Police chose not to assist the attacked journalists but instead ejected them from the event. In a statement after the violent demonstration, the organizer “Palestine Speaks” claims they are not aware of journalists or observers’ violent and abusive treatment.

“Palestine Speaks” supports the fundamentally antisemitic Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement (BDS), which wants to destroy the Israeli economy with boycott efforts and presents itself as a “coalition for Palestinian rights and against all forms of racism.” The association presents itself as a partner of a left-wing, anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, and anti-racism milieu, using leftist tactics and language to cloak its essentially military intentions of the destruction of Israel.

JUBA, South Sudan (Morning Star News) – A church in Sudan long harassed by Islamic extremists was attacked on April 10, with three people assaulted including the pastor – who was then charged with disturbing the peace.

During worship at the Sudanese Church of Christ (SCOC) in Al Hag Abdalla, about 85 miles southeast of Khartoum in Madani, Al Jazirah state, three Muslim extremists disrupted worship, led by one known as Banaga who punched the pastor, tore his shirt and assaulted two women, the pastor’s attorney said. The other two assailants tore Bibles and broke chairs.

Customs raids Muslim League leader's house in Kochi after seizing gold bars smuggled from Dubai

KOCHI: The Customs Commissionerate (Preventive) Kochi on Tuesday carried out a raid at the house of a local Muslim League leader as part of the probe into the seizure of gold bars from a meat cutting machine that arrived from Dubai on Saturday.

The raid was carried out at the residence of Thrikkakara Municipality Vice Chairman and Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) leader AA Ibrahimkutty. Officials said the raid was carried out after gold was seized from the meat cutting machine that arrived at Air Cargo Complex at Kochi airport from Dubai on Saturday for a company in which Ibrahimkutty's son Shabin has an investment.

THE UK government said Wednesday (27) it will clamp down on “no-go” areas in jails carved out by extremist Islamist inmates who have been imposing Sharia law including floggings on other prisoners.

Justice secretary Dominic Raab accepted the findings of an official investigation, which said that other prisoners were at risk of being radicalised by extremists enjoying an overly tolerant regime in jails.

The review was commissioned after a spate of high-profile attacks, including one on London Bridge in 2019 when Usman Khan, a convicted terrorist who was on temporary release, stabbed two people to death.

Activist and writer Yassmin Abdel-Magied has once again referenced a divisive tweet she made on Anzac Day five years ago that saw her flee Australia.

Ms Abdel-Magied was heavily criticised in 2017 after tweeting 'Lest. We. Forget. (Manus, Nauru, Syria, Palestine)' on April 25.

She quickly deleted the post and apologised, but many Australians were left outraged she hijacked the national day of remembrance to make a political statement.

It was not only young men but also mothers and children who took part in the violent riots in Sweden on Easter weekend, said Eva Nemec Nordh, the chief prosecutor at Linköping’s Public Prosecutor’s Office,,

The Muslim riots took place in Skäggetorp in Linköping, where around 200 people participated — mainly young men but also burka-clad women and children. The rioters burned police vehicles and injured dozens of officers, some severely. They were protesting Danish far-right supporters organized by Stram Kurs who vowed to publicly burn a Quran.

Sweden has long suffered from disastrous immigration policies and Muslim migrants especially have been responsible for large increases in crime, a reality the establishment media has often sought to obfuscate.

Prominent American Imam Promotes Jihad

Omar Suleiman, a Texas imam who gave the opening prayer for a session of the House of Representatives in 2019, is encouraging his followers to donate to an organization that advocates for convicted terrorists, calling them "political prisoners."

Suleiman is no small-town imam, but a prominent figure in the U.S. His rise to prominence began as a result of his interfaith activism while working for the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) in New Orleans in the early 2000s.

After receiving an award from the New Orleans mayor and city council in 2010 for his role in helping the city recover from 2005 Hurricane Katrina, Suleiman moved to Texas where he founded the Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research in 2016 and served as an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University. In 2014, Suleiman spoke at a memorial for two Dallas Police officers who had been murdered in an ambush. One image of the event shows the imam sitting behind Presidents George Bush and Barack Obama and their respective first ladies.

Turkey sentences Erdoğan critic Kavala to life in jail

A Turkish court Monday sentenced leading intellectual and rights campaigner Osman Kavala to life in jail on highly controversial coup plot charges that had already seen him locked up without a conviction for more than four years, Agence France-Presse reported.

The panel of three judges also sentenced seven other defendants to 18 years in jail each on charges of aiding the attempt to topple the government.

The ruling drew swift condemnation from some of Turkey’s main allies, as well rights campaigners — some of whom emerged from the packed İstanbul courtroom in tears.

She said that this would make her happy, that she is proud of her "martyred" son, and that she loves this "path." According do an online PIJ report, Jahjouh was killed in January 2009 after killing "two Israeli soldiers."

Each of these countries is engaged in wars or has dramatic situations regarding minorities, but the Italian government's strategy is to dilute the risk and replace Putin with a handful of lesser autocrats.
