This is America, and we speak English here. Our children need to learn how to speak and read English, and public schools have a pretty dismal success rate in this area. Our children also need to be taught REAL AMERICAN HISTORY. The current public school textbooks to accomplish this task are intentionally full of lies and inaccurate information, so we need good textbooks first. Accurate textbooks are also excellent tools to teach English and reading skills, but this doesn't appear to be a very high priority today. Our children are paying the price for failures in education, and they pay that price for their entire lives. We start by throwing out the garbage textbooks and going back to the required basics of education. Parents must participate in the education of their children and know what their children are being taught. The entire duty and responsibility of Christian education rests with the parents, and this must be the highest priority. There is no irony that excellent Christian education has a dramatic impact on all other areas of education. Regardless, the primary responsibility for education rests with parents - NOT PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

I think that I've seen bits and pieces of this report. It included attempted interviews with authors of so-called textbooks that were full of lies and garbage. Further, the true story was completely neglected and doesn't appear in many textbooks. In other words, they fabricated false textbooks to please special interests. It's painfully obvious that those interests are ANTI-AMERICAN AND ANTI-CHRISTIAN! Many of the textbooks being used in public schools are good for nothing except fairy tales, and even the fairy tales would be POOR! Obama inspires Islamists' D.C. prayer rally
Shariah experts to proclaim 'Our Day has Come'

Muslims who are working to stage the "Our Day Has Come" day of prayer at the U.S. Capitol have discussed views that include an Islamic takeover of the White House, from where they say President Barack Obama is providing their inspiration.

Building on the Islamic interest in Obama's inauguration, when Muslims claimed in a magazine that "It's our time," the event planners are calling for 50,000 Muslims to attend the 4 a.m. event on the National Mall on Sept. 25

The organizer is Hassen Abdellah, who leads a Elizabeth, N.J., mosque, and two special guests for the event, according to the website, will be Sheik Muhammad Jebril and Sheik Ahmed Dewidar.

According to the website, Jebril's degree is in Islamic Law and he learned the Quran by the age of 9.

According to blogger Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs, Jebril specializes in Shariah law and served as the imam of an extremist mosque in Cairo starting in 1988.

Likewise, the prayer day website reported Dewidar studied law at the University of Alexandria and took a master's degree in Shariah. He moved to the United States to lead a Muslim community in New Jersey and later established the Islamic Center in Manhattan.

Atlas Shrugs reported Dewidar's comments about Islam and the White House were captured by the Middle East Media Research Institute.

In the interview, Dewidar talked about sermons he'd heard that "Muslims should march on the White House…"

The interviewer asked for an explanation.

"One cleric said in his sermon: 'We are going to the White House, so that Islam will be victorious, Allah willing, and the White House will become into the Muslim house,'" he said, according to the MEMRI report.

Dewidar denied that this was a plan for a physical occupation of the building.

"They say that through the domination of Islam and its ideas, the White House will change," the report quotes Dewidar saying.

Atlas Shrugs also cited Dewidar's comments for a Muslim Brotherhood website that American society is controlled by Jews.

On an Arabic website, he also hinted that the American government may have been responsible for the 9/11 attacks.

His translated comments include, "Whether or not these events were planned, or pinned on the Muslims, or something else – [it] provided an opportunity for [the American government] to legislate dubious laws that restrict the growth and presence of Islam in the U.S," Atlas Shrugs reported.

Organizers themselves have credited Obama's advocacy for Islam for their inspiration.

"The organizers say that it was Obama's inauguration speech in January and his speech broadcast from Egypt in June that gave them the idea for this prayer gathering on Capitol Hill," wrote Geller.

While he praised Islam during his inauguration, Obama elaborated during his speech in Egypt months later.

He carried a greeting from "Muslim communities" in America, complained how Muslims had been "denied rights and opportunities," and stated, "I also know civilization's debt to Islam. It was Islam at places like Al-Azhar that carried the light of learning through so many centuries, paving the way for Europe's renaissance and enlightenment."

Besides crediting Islam with significant responsibility for the development of civilization in Europe, Obama also said Muslims have served similarly in America.

"And since our founding, American Muslims have enriched the United States," Obama said. "They have fought in our wars. They have served in our government. They have stood for civil rights. They have started businesses. They have taught at our universities. They've excelled in our sports arenas. They've won Nobel Prizes, built our tallest building and lit the Olympic torch. And when the first Muslim American was recently elected to Congress, he took the oath to defend our Constitution using the same holy Quran that one of our founding fathers, Thomas Jefferson, kept in his personal library."

According to a Daily India report, Abdellah confirmed the idea of the event "germinated" after Obama's inaugural speech, then was reinforced by the Egypt speech.

"For the first time in my lifetime," Abdellah said. "I heard someone of his stature speaking about Islam and Muslims not in an adversarial sense, but in the sense of being welcome and acknowledging we are integral citizens in the society-that we're gainfully employed, we're educated."

Gellar wrote of another event organizer, Abdul Malik.

"I highly recommend taking a look at Abdul Malik's Facebook page, and watching the video – during which he says many interesting things including: Polygamy is an American tradition," she wrote.

She also cited this comment from Malik: "Democracy is not revelation, and democracy does not equal freedom, for in democracy you have apartheid, you have slavery, you have homosexuality, you have lesbianism, you have gambling, you have all of the voices that are against the spirit of truth; so no we don't want to democratize Islam, we want to Islamize democracy. That's what we want."

According to Charisma Magazine, Oklahoma pastor Reza Safa is calling the Capitol Hill event a "slap in the face of Christianity."

"It is a mockery of the Christian faith," Safa told the magazine. "It's a mockery of all of it. In a sense, I'm happy for it because the church needs to wake up before it's too late."

The prayer day website says, "The Athan will be chanted on Capitol Hill, echoing off of the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument and other great edifices that surround Capitol Hill.

Obama repeatedly has denied he is a Muslim. His presidential campaign website contained the statement, "Senator Obama has never been a Muslim, was not raised as a Muslim, and is a committed Christian."

But as WND has reported, public records in Indonesia listed Obama as a Muslim during his early years, and a number of childhood friends claimed to the media Obama was once a mosque-attending Muslim.

In Obama's autobiography, "Dreams From My Father," he acknowledged studying the Quran and describes the public school as "a Muslim school."

"In the Muslim school, the teacher wrote to tell mother I made faces during Quranic studies," wrote Obama.

In an interview with the New York Times, Obama described the Muslim call to prayer as "one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset."

The Times' Nicholos Kristof wrote Obama recited, "with a first-class [Arabic] accent," the opening lines of the Muslim call to prayer.

The first few lines of the call to prayer state:

    Allah is Supreme!

Some attention also has been paid to Obama's paternal side of the family, including his father and his brother, Roy.

Writing in a chapter of his book describing his 1992 wedding, Obama stated: "The person who made me proudest of all was Roy. Actually, now we call him Abongo, his Luo name, for two years ago he decided to reassert his African heritage. He converted to Islam and has sworn off pork and tobacco and alcohol."

Malkin then quoted Andrew Walden of FrontPageMagazine.com, who published an extensive look at the Muslim rally's organizers, including a reminder that Abdellah also defended Numan Maflahi, a man who in 2004 was accused by prosecutors of being tied to al-Qaida and sentenced to five years for lying to investigators during an investigation of terrorism financing.

"Of course, everyone is entitled to legal representation," commented Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch, "but Abdellah's choice of clients is … interesting."

Spencer also pointed out Abdellah represented Mahmud Faruq Brent, a Muslim cabdriver in Baltimore who pled guilty in April 2007 to attending a jihad terrorist training camp in Pakistan and conspiring to provide material support to the Lashkar-e-Taiba foreign terrorist organization.

U.S. bomb plot probe shows greatest security fears

A suspected bomb plot under investigation in New York and Denver has the ingredients of a worst case scenario for U.S. security, experts say: an al Qaeda link, overseas training and free movement within U.S. borders.

Colorado airport shuttle driver Najibullah Zazi, who U.S. authorities say admitted to taking a bomb-making course at an al Qaeda training camp in Pakistan, is at the center of what they say could be a plot to blow up subways or other targets.

Zazi has maintained his innocence, as has his father and a New York City imam who have also been arrested. So far authorities have only charged the three Afghan-born men with lying to investigators, which carries an eight-year maximum sentence, and not a more serious terrorism-related charge.

Whether or not the allegations outlined by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in court papers are true, the picture they paint would make this case among the most serious within U.S. borders since the attacks of September 11, 2001.

"Here's a guy who apparently was trained in Pakistan, had knowledge of bomb-making and was trying to assemble a team. That's our worst nightmare, quite frankly," said Michael Sheehan, a former counterterrorism chief for New York police and now a private consultant.

The case also underscores how, after the September 11 attacks and the transit bombings in Madrid in 2004 and London in 2005, U.S. law enforcement has been more aggressive in making arrests even as rights groups accuse them of being overly zealous.

Zazi, 24, was arrested with his father in Colorado on Saturday while the imam, a one-time police informant named Ahmad Wais Afzali, 37, was arrested in New York. All three have been living in the United States for years.

The FBI says it found a laptop in Zazi's rented car with instructions on how to make, handle and detonate explosives.

When police on September 14 searched an apartment in the New York City borough of Queens that Zazi had visited, they told local media they confiscated cell phones and at least nine empty backpacks. The Madrid train bombings that killed 191 people involved backpacks stuffed with explosives that were detonated via cell phones.

PAKISTAN ANGLE RAISES CONCERN

Experts say that, if prosecutors can prove it, Zazi's visit to an al Qaeda camp in Pakistan makes this case more serious than previous cases built around paid informants and suspects who had more fervor than training.

"The people who have been successful in these attacks generally have been to camps, where they've been trained, where they've been organized," Sheehan said.

The FBI says Zazi in August 2008 visited Peshawar in the Northwest Frontier Province, where al Qaeda operates training camps. Concerns about al Qaeda activity in Pakistan is a factor in the debate whether to send more U.S. troops into neighboring Afghanistan.

Zazi had been under surveillance for some time, probably months, when the investigation was made public by the September 14 raids in Queens. Federal authorities say they acted after Afzali, the imam and police informant, tipped off Zazi he was being watched.

That warning may have forced investigators to pounce earlier than they would have liked, forfeiting the opportunity to gather more evidence.

"They have moved early here," said Carl Tobias, a law professor at the University of Richmond.

"The trade-off is they are erring on the side of concern for the safety of people who might be hurt or killed, if this had materialized. But it might mean that they can't convict or may not have a strong case," he said.

The gathering of world leaders in New York this week for the U.N. General Assembly may have prompted authorities, said David Cole, a law professor at Georgetown University.

That this is being looked at as an al Qaeda-linked plot has also put it in a different class of threats, Cole said. "There have been very few al Qaeda-connected terrorist plots in the United States that have come to light. And so in that respect, this is different from most of the others."

Common definitions of terrorism refer only to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (TERROR), are perpetrated for an ideological goal, and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants.

Some definitions also include acts of UNLAWFUL violence and war. Terrorism has been practiced by a broad array of political organizations for furthering their objectives. In November 2004, a United Nations Security Council report described terrorism as any act "intended to cause death or serious bodily harm to civilians or non-combatants with the purpose of intimidating a population or compelling a government or an international organization to do or abstain from doing any act".

In the case of islam, their target is to rule the WORLD.

But by the same logic, evangelical Christianity also has links to terrorism on a much larger scale, but since that terrorism against innocents is channeled through nation-states it is regarded as legitimate.

Congress seizes on explosive new book based on daring undercover CAIR probe

In the wake of the sensational ACORN video sting operation by two young investigators, an even more daring, dangerous and devastating undercover investigation - this one infiltrating the nation's most aggressive Muslim "civil rights" organization for six months - has resulted in stunning revelations about the supposedly "moderate" group, backed up by 12,000 pages of documents and 300 hours of covert video obtained during the secret op.

As revealed in a new book detailing the operation and its findings, the Washington, D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, is not the beneficent Muslim civil-rights group it claims to be. Rather, as indisputable evidence now shows, CAIR and other "mainstream" Islamic groups are acting as fronts for a well-funded conspiracy of the Muslim Brotherhood – the parent of al-Qaida and Hamas – to infiltrate and destroy the American system.

Until now, CAIR has remained a powerful force in the nation's capitol and across the country, from demanding the Obama administration stop FBI counter-terrorism tactics to compelling a school district to apologize to Muslims.

Noting that CAIR has tried to hide its strategy, finances, membership, internal disputes and much more from public view since its founding in 1994, Islam expert Daniel Pipes lauded "Muslim Mafia" for definitively exposing the "tawdry and often illegal inner workings of radical Islam's most aggressive organization in North America."

"The revelations in this book should both put CAIR out of business and permanently discredit the Islamist cause," Pipes said.

The book begins as a real-life, heart-pounding thriller, with Chris Gaubatz, the son of co-author David Gaubatz, preparing to go underground as an intern for CAIR at its Herndon, Va., office.

Astoundingly, the younger Gaubatz, posing as a bearded Muslim convert, ends up with a position at CAIR's national office in Washington, just three blocks from the U.S. Capitol building, working alongside top leaders Ibrahim Hooper, Nihad Awad and Corey Saylor.

Along with declassified government documents, the book unveils thousands of e-mails, faxes and internal memos that were never meant for public viewing.

The new evidence shows that CAIR – already designated an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror-financing case in U.S. history – is part of an organized crime network in America made up of more than 100 other Muslim front groups that collectively comprise the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood.

"Muslim Mafia" also exposes the inner workings of the mob-like Brotherhood and explains its broader conspiracy of infiltrating the American government and "destroying Western civilization from within."

"The evidence found in the investigation is incontrovertible," said co-author Sperry, noting that the book has more than 40 pages of footnotes and an appendix with more than 50 pages of exclusive confidential documents.

The Brotherhood is known within Islamist circles as the "Ikhwan mafia" because of its highly organized structure, centralized control and covert operations. CAIR, reveals "Muslim Mafia," is one part of the network of front groups, cut-outs and shell companies that shield the Brotherhood's criminal activities from authorities.

"These guys talk about jihad and murdering Jews like the mob talked about killing – totally casual, like they were ordering pizza," said one FBI official in Washington quoted in the book.

Some key smoking-gun revelations detailed in "Muslim Mafia" include:

    * New evidence that CAIR was launched to support the Hamas terrorist group, and has transferred tens of thousands of dollars to a group recently convicted as Hamas' top fundraising arm in the U.S. - money that ended up aiding terrorist attacks on Israelis and Americans;

    * Internal documents showing CAIR, despite claims of cooperating with law enforcement, actively works behind the scenes to mislead and deceive the FBI on behalf of terrorism suspects - and has even cultivated Muslim moles inside law enforcement who have tipped off FBI terror targets;

    * CAIR is more closely tied to al-Qaida than previously reported;

    * CAIR claims to represent all Muslim Americans, however, it has victimized some 100 indigent Muslims in a massive fraud and threatened them when they tried to go to the media; and internally, personnel complaints reveal CAIR discriminates against Shiite Muslims and Muslim women within its own headquarters;

    * CAIR and its sister fronts are funded by foreign Muslim Brotherhood sources;

    * CAIR leaders share the Muslim Brotherhood's ultimate goal to replace the U.S. Constitution with Shariah law;

    * The Muslim Brotherhood investment in corporate America will be used to pressure U.S. companies into compliance with Islamic principles.

The book also shows radical Muslims in the U.S. are working to support Palestinian terrorists, destroy Israel, gut U.S. anti-terrorism laws, loosen U.S. Muslim immigration policies and convert Americans to Islam.

The authors explain they targeted CAIR because it helps control the "religious crime syndicate from its power base in Washington, the capitol of the same government it wishes to overthrow."

While the FBI has cut formal ties to CAIR in the wake of its designation as an unindicted co-conspirator in a plot to fund the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas, the group has virtually unfettered access to Capitol Hill and continues to wield influence in the White House.

CAIR, the book reveals, regularly reserves meeting rooms and prays Fridays alongside Muslim Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., and a growing number of Muslim staffers.

The first Muslim elected to Congress and a de facto CAIR board member, Ellison predicted in one CAIR power breakfast he soon would be flanked by 15 other Muslim congressmen, "Muslim Mafia" notes.

Chris Gaubatz, in fact, once found himself praying elbow-to-elbow with Ellison during a Friday prayer gathering attended by CAIR inside the U.S. Capitol.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., the book says, is totally in the dark about the threat, and so is the White House.

In fact, reveals "Muslim Mafia," in the White House President Obama is hiring Muslims – including an adviser who advocates compliance with Shariah law – based on resumes solicited from Muslim Brotherhood fronts.

Meanwhile, the FBI is in conflict internally about how to deal with the Brotherhood, with some top officials in favor of maintaining outreach, while counter-terror case agents in the field strongly object, pointing to evidence the network is a factory for homegrown terror and is secretly carrying out activities hostile to the U.S.

"They've achieved outrageous penetration at senior levels of our government," veteran FBI special agent John Guandolo warns in the book.

Until recently, the FBI engaged in outreach activities with CAIR, including forcing rookie agents to take cultural field trips to area mosques.

The "Muslim Mafia" authors obtained notes revealing the FBI even has offered to sponsor Muslim youth camps with the Boys Clubs of America.

A shortage of Arab linguists and dozens of discrimination suits by Arab and Muslim employees has prompted the FBI to recruit from Brotherhood-related groups, such as the Islamic Society of North America

A Muslim agent who drew national attention when he refused to tape-record a fellow Muslim during a terrorism investigation was promoted and now recruits other Muslims to become agents and linguists.

'Hit sheets'

The book also presents evidence CAIR has prepared "hit sheets" on its critics in the news media in an effort to intimidate them into silence.

Internal memos show, for example, top officials privately met with CNN executives in Atlanta to press them to cancel Glenn Beck's program on its Headline News network. Beck now has a highly rated afternoon show on the Fox News Channel.

CAIR's campaign to boycott leading nationally syndicated radio talk-show host Michael Savage's advertisers cost more than $160,000, the book reveals. The authors recount how CAIR ran out of money before it could crack Savage's most loyal sponsors.

The book also includes new revelations about CAIR's role in the "flying imams" case in 2006 in which six Muslim leaders were removed from an airline flight in Minneapolis after passengers and crew members reported what they believed to be suspicious behavior.

"Muslim Mafia" also exposes CAIR's secret agenda to criminalize anti-terror profiling by police and private entities.

Gaubatz is a veteran federal investigator and counter-terrorism specialist who served for more than a decade as a special agent in the U.S. Air Force's elite Office of Special Investigations. He held the U.S. government's highest security clearances, including Top Secret/SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information), and was briefed in many so-called black projects.

Gaubatz also is a State Department-trained Arabic linguist with more than two decades of experience in the Middle East, including tours in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan and Iraq. In 2003, he led a 15-man team to rescue the family members of the Iraqi lawyer credited with saving Army Private First Class Jessica Lynch.

"The only difference between the guys in the suits and the guys with the AK-47s is timing and tactics," the official explained.
