Hawaii “Islam Day” secretly marks September 11

Muslims have just tricked the Hawaii Legislature into celebrating Islam on September 11.

Hawaii has no Christianity Day, no Judaism Day, and no Buddhism Day--but Hawaii’s Democrat Legislators—with the loud public support of Ron Paul connected Rep Kym Pine (R-Ewa)—passed a resolution to create Islam Day.

By a 22-3 vote the Hawaii Senate May 7 approved House Concurrent Resolution 100 which designates September 24, 2009 as Islam Day.  The State House had quietly approved the measure without dissent March 17.

Introduced March 4 as HCR100 by Reps Faye Hanohano (D-Puna), Lyla Berg (D-Hawai`i Ka`i), and Della Au Belatti (D-Makiki) HCR proposed Islam Day to be “November 21, 2009, marks the anniversary of the founding of Islam….” But that was soon amended to HCR100HD1 which intones, “the Prophet Mohammad left his house to migrate to Madinah and reached Quba in the vicinity of Madinah on the 12th day of Rabi ul-Awwal according to the lunar calendar, or September 24th according to the Gregorian calendar, thereby marking the birth of Islam….”

This is false. September 24th is the date of Mohammad’s arrival in Medina according to the old Julian calendar—which is 13 days behind the modern Gregorian calendar. The fact that “Gregorian” is mentioned in the resolution implies that somebody was considering the two calendars.

Had the Hawaii legislature intended to mark the Julian date September 24 they would have picked the Gregorian date October 7, 2009 for Islam Day. Had they wished to mark the date celebrated each year by Muslims, that would have been the “12th day of Rabi ul-Awwal”—March 9, 2009.

But instead they picked the modern Gregorian date September 24, 2009. This day corresponds to no holiday in the Islamic calendar.  But on the Julian calendar it is September 11, 2009. 

Religious scholars and historians are among the very few likely to spot the hidden September 11th date. Senator Sam Slom—one of the three who voted against the resolution—says the Religion Department of UH was unaware of the resolution.  Perhaps this explains why.

'Killer Chip' tracks humans, releases poison
Saudi inventor applies for rights to GPS-linked lethal security device

You can run, but you cannot hide ... and if you try, one push of a button will cause a lethal poison to immediately begin flowing through your body.

That's the Orwellian future a Saudi inventor was seeking to bring to Germany until that nation's patent office announced last week it was rejecting his request to patent what has been dubbed the "Killer Chip."

The tiny semiconductor device is intended to be surgically implanted or injected into the body, according to the patent application, for the purpose of tracking visitors from other nations by global-positioning satellites and preventing them from overstaying their visas.

A German Patent and Trademark Office spokeswoman told Deutsche Presse Agentur the inventor's application, titled "Implantation of electronic chips in the human body for the purposes of determining its geographical location," was submitted in October 2007 and published 18 months later, as required by law, in a patents database.

Under Germany's patent law, inventions that are unethical or a danger to the public are not recognized.

"In recent times the number of people sought by security forces has increased," the Jeddah-based inventor wrote in his application.

The device would emit encrypted radio waves that would be picked up by satellites and "used to track fugitives from justice, terrorists, illegal immigrants, criminals, political opponents, defectors, domestic help, and Saudi Arabians who don't return home from pilgrimages," Sweden's The Local reported.

The application included a request to patent a model B of the device that could release poison to "eliminate" the individual if he or she became a security risk.

"I apply for these reasons and for reasons of state security and the security of citizens," the statement reads.

German law allows foreigners to apply for patents in the country through a local representative. In the case of the "Killer Chip," a Munich law firm was used.

"Most people apply for a patent in several countries, and this inventor probably did too," Stephanie Krüger of the Patent Office said.

That leaves open the possibility the Saudi inventor  will find success in another country.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark — A man with "political and religious motives" killed a soldier just out of basic training and wounded another Monday in a targeted attack on a military recruiting center, police said. The shootings were not believed to be part of a broader scheme.

A police report based on an interview with the suspect says Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, 23, told police he observed two soldiers in uniform, drove up to the recruiting center and started shooting.

"He saw them standing there and drove up and shot them," Lt. Terry Hastings told The Associated Press. "That's what he said."

The two soldiers who were shot had completed basic training within the past two weeks and were not regular recruiters, said Lt. Col. Thomas F. Artis of the Oklahoma City Recruiting Battalion, which oversees the Little Rock office.

William Long, 23, of Conway, died, and Quinton Ezeagwula, 18, of Jacksonville, was wounded and in stable condition, Police Chief Stuart Thomas said.

Both men were from nearby hometowns and volunteered to work at the recruiting center to attract other locals to the military. "They can show the example, 'Here's where I was, and here is where I am,"' Artis said.

Police arrested Muhammad, 23, along an interstate moments after the shootings at the Army-Navy Career Center in a shopping center in west Little Rock.

Muhammad had converted to Islam at some point in his life and interviews with police show he "probably had political and religious motives for the attack," the police chief said.

Muhammad, previously known as Carlos Bledsoe, was not part of a larger group nor was his attack part of a larger conspiracy, Thomas said.

"We believe that it's associated with his disagreement over the military operations," the police chief said.

Thomas said Muhammad would be charged with first-degree murder, plus 15 counts of committing a terroristic act. Thomas said those counts result from the gunfire occurring near other people.

The accused shooter's father, Melvin Bledsoe of Memphis, Tenn., hung up on a reporter who called about his son's arrest Monday night.

Witnesses told police that a man inside a black vehicle pulled up outside the recruiting center and opened fire about 10:30 a.m. Long fell onto the sidewalk outside the center while Ezeagwula was able to crawl toward its door.

Police said an assault rifle and other weapons were found in the vehicle when Muhammad was arrested.

Jim Richardson, the manager at a drug store around the corner from the Army-Navy center, said people at the store didn't realize anything was amiss until hearing sirens outside.

"Nobody heard any gunshots," Richardson said.

Steven Johnson, an 18-year-old recruit, was on his way to take a qualifying test when he found police cars at the center. By early afternoon, Johnson was waiting patiently outside the yellow police tape.

"I'm going to check and see if they're all right," he said.

Keith Ellison's office hangs up on WND
Congressman's Islamic pilgrimage paid by group tied to terrorism

It seems the office of Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., is not too eager to respond to questions about reports his Islamic ubgone86 pilgrimage to Mecca this past winter was paid for by a U.S. group tied to Muslim extremists whose institutional material has promoted terrorism.

The ubgone86 is the largest annual pilgrimage in the world. The fifth pillar of Islam requires every able-bodied Muslim to travel to Mecca at least once in their life in a demonstration of solidarity with fellow Muslims and in an act of individual submission to Allah.

Ellison attended December's ubgone86 ceremonies, becoming the first U.S. congressman to make the pilgrimage. He was reportedly accompanied on his trip by fellow members of his Minneapolis mosque, although his wife, a Catholic, and his two sons stayed home.

Upon a routine WND phone query about the recent trip's funding, Ellison's spokesman, Rick Jauert, yesterday stated, "It was a personal trip. I'm not going to talk about it," before abruptly ending the call.

In December, just after the ubgone86 trip, Jauert was quoted telling the Minnesota Star Tribune Ellison's journey was paid for by the congressman himself.

It was later reported by the Star that the Muslim American Society of Minnesota paid for Ellison's trip, a contention the MAS heatedly denied.

MAS national director Mahdi Bray called the story his group paid for Ellison's pilgrimage a "myth" and "urban legend" that needed to be laid to rest.

"Keith Ellison is a member of Congress who knows that congressmen don't take trips sponsored by nonprofits. That would be a breach of congressional ethics," Bray told FoxNews.com.

But earlier this month Ellison's office filed its annual congressional disclosure form, listing travel payments and reimbursements by private entities.

The Powerline blog posted a copy of the form which documents Ellison's trip to Saudi Arabia from November 29 to December 14 was paid for by the MAS-Minnesota.

The U.S. Muslim group did not return WND phone call or e-mail inquiries the past few days.

While Ellison's spokesman hung up on WND, the congressman's office confirmed to FOXNews.com that MAS indeed paid for the ubgone86 journey.

"The trip, funded by the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, was fully reviewed and approved in advance by the House Ethics Committee," Ellison's office said in a statement.

The office would not say how much Ellison's trip cost, but it defended the MAS to FoxNews.com as a highly regarded interfaith organization.

The MAS, though, was founded by members of the Muslim Brotherhood, which seeks to create an Islamic universe. Both Hamas and al-Qaida are violent offshoots of Brotherhood ideology.

In a 2004 interview with the Chicago Tribune, former MAS secretary general Shaker Elsayed, discussed how his group was founded by Brotherhood members. He explained that about half of original MAS members came from the Brotherhood.

The chairman of the Islamic American University, a Michigan-based subsidiary of MAS, also doubles as a leading Qatar-based Muslim Brotherhood ideologue known for his vocal support of groups like as Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Hezbollah.

According to the Anti-Defamation League, MAS-affiliated Web sites have featured articles advocating jihad and suicide martyrdom. The official MAS magazine, "The American Muslim," previously published outwardly anti-Semitic articles as well as pieces defending Palestinian "martyrdom operations."

MAS leaders and advisers have held positions in the Islamic Association for Palestine, described by the U.S. government as part of a "propaganda apparatus" for the terrorist group Hamas, the ADL notes.

FoxNews.com notes Ellison gave the keynote address at MAS-Minnesota's conventions in 2007 and 2008, and that the MAS's Bray took time off his job to campaign for Ellison during his run for the House in 2006. Also, Ellison was the first guest on an MAS radio show launched last month.

During this past ubgone86 ceremonies attended by Ellison, Saudi Arabia's top cleric used his annual sermon at the event to urge Muslim countries to renounce capitalism and form an Islamic economic bloc that adopts interest-free finance.

Grand Mufti Abdelaziz Al al-Sheikh told worshippers that the global economic crisis was a direct result of charging interest, which is forbidden by Islamic Shariah law.

Obama speech inspires mass Quran distribution - CAIR plans to give 'holy texts' to 100,000 local, state leaders

The Council on American-Islamic Relations intends to launch a nationwide campaign to distribute copies of the Islamic Quran to 100,000 local, state and national leaders, a campaign the organization's public relations department claims was inspired by President Obama's speech to Muslims earlier this month.

In a statement released prior to a planned news conference next week announcing the "Share the Quran" campaign, CAIR described the scope of the outreach:

"In the multi-year initiative, American Muslims will sponsor Qurans for distribution to governors, state attorneys general, educators, law enforcement officials, state and national legislators, local elected and public officials, media professionals and other local or national leaders who shape public opinion or determine policy," the statement said.

According to the press release from CAIR, the "Share the Quran" educational campaign "was prompted by President Obama's recent address to Muslims worldwide in which he quoted from that holy text."

As WND reported, during his speech "to the Muslim world" from Cairo on June 4, Obama referred to the Quran as "holy" four times and quoted several verses from the Islamic text. He also used Muslim terminology, such as the Quranic obligation of "zakat" or charity.

"As the Holy Quran tells us, 'Be conscious of God and speak always the truth,'" Obama said. "That is what I will try to do – to speak the truth as best I can, humbled by the task before us, and firm in my belief that the interests we share as human beings are far more powerful than the forces that drive us apart."

Obama was reading from chapter 9 verse 119 of the Quran, which scholars pointed out to WND carries two interpretations: the primary exegesis, or tafsir, which deals with speaking the truth, and a second, underlying tafsir urging Muslims to follow Muhammad in waging jihad against nonbelievers.

CAIR's announced intention for the Quran distribution, however, seems more in line with an old English playwright's saying, "The pen is mightier than the sword."

"Through this ground-breaking outreach initiative," said Larry Shaw, CAIR's board chairman and a Democrat state senator from North Carolina, "we hope not only to educate policy-makers and opinion leaders about Islam, but also to provide an opportunity for American Muslims to reach out to their fellow citizens of other faiths."

The "Share the Quran" initiative, according to the CAIR statement, is part of the celebration of the council's 15th anniversary.

CAIR was founded in 1994 and bills itself as the nation's largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization.

Reading this article is pretty sickening. It's direct evidence of gross dereliction of duty by several administrations. The cost is safety, and nobody knows how many innocent citizens will eventually give up their lives because of the twisted desires of administrations acting outside of the law and the Constitution. They did things in the name of trade, knew they were giving up sovereignty that wasn't their's to give, and exposed citizens to a host of dangers. At least three administrations are responsible for inviting in illegal aliens, and among their ranks are dangerous criminals and terrorists who want to kill us. It's actually far beyond just dereliction of duty and violation of public trust. Their actions involve intentional violation of the law, and all involved should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The message must be sent that our representatives will be held accountable under the law and the Constitution. Being elected to office is NOT a license to break the law and ignore the Constitution.

Doctor Gets only 10 Months For Helping 100s of (Muslim) Aliens Fraudulently Get Citizenship

The psychiatrist–who lives in the swanky Detroit neighborhood of giant houses of Royal Point in West Bloomfield, Michigan–falsified diagnoses for hundreds of mostly Hezbollah-supporting Sh’ite Muslim aliens, so they could become U.S. citizens without speaking English.

Sadly, incompetent federal prosecutors, including terrorist-enabler Jonathan Tukel, asked for only twelve months prison time for him, and yesterday, he was sentenced to only ten.  It’s ridiculous.  This man  signed 953 fraudulent naturalization waivers for 492 people, most of them in Dearbornistan, some of them in Cleveland, St. Louis, and Chicago.  That means he tried to help almost 500 non-English speaking Muslims to become citizens.  I hope they were deported for immigration fraud, but I’ll bet they were not and that their immigration attempts were successful.

As I noted in the previous post about him, those who want to become citizens must take the citizenship test in English, unless they lack mental capacity . . . which is where Dr. Ramesh comes in.  He falsified psychiatric evaluations on naturalization applicants at a Shi’ite Muslim-owned center, asserting that the applicants lacked mental capacity and should be excused from taking the citizenship test.

The Dearborn business where the fraud was conducted, Four A’s hope Global Psychological Evaluation Center, was owned and run by a Shi’ite Muslim, Walid Salah, Ph.D. a/k/a Al Kailane Walid a/k/a Walid Kailane, who was allowed to flee the country to Lebanon and has been a fugitive since 2003, and Salah’s relative, Samir Al-Kilaine, another Shi’ite Muslim.

Thrilling–isn’t it?–to note that a guy who tried to help almost 500 Muslim aliens illegally become citizens gets only 10 months in prison, less than many drunk driving convicts get.  (No doubt the profits paid for his massive, expensive home.)  Also thrilling:  that the Muslim defendant–who was really the big fish here–fled the country and will never face justice.

Things like the above are sickening. Any one of those illegals could be mass murderers wanting to kill us. Prosecution under the Ricco Act, confiscation of all property, and deportation should be the minimum penalty - with no way to ever again enter this country.

The legal systems of the world, including our own, are failing from INSANITY. Christians can get more than 10 months in jail for handing out a Bible tract in the wrong place. This brings to mind the recent release in Scotland of the terrorist who killed 270 innocent people in an airliner over Scotland. The claim he has cancer and has months to live, so they thought it would be nice to turn him loose to go home and die in dignity in his own country. Now, this idiot has nothing to lose, and maybe he can figure out a way to martyr himself and take many more innocent people with him. It appears that the systems of civilization are being eaten alive with evil, corruption, and chaos. The stage is being set for the Tribulation Period, and I think that time is soon. By the way, the failing systems I mentioned certainly include our own. Decent, God-fearing people are usually the first victims of failing societies, and they are also handy to blame for all kinds of problems they have nothing to do with. It's beginning to be an inside-out, upside-down world - AND GOD FORETOLD ALL OF THIS. It isn't here full-strength yet, but it will be. WATCH - Israel and Christians will be blamed for all kinds of things. It will be very similar to Hitler blaming the Jews - only on a much larger scale. Evil men will need scapegoats - objects for hatred. "Object" is the correct term since the value of human life will be nothing. Barbarians don't apply value to human life, and barbarians will have 7 years to create horror.

Memphis schools teaching Arabic language & “culture”

Next year, every elementary and middle school student will get 30 minutes of Arabic.

As school buses roll back to their stops Monday morning, consider the challenge of educators in the global economy.

On Friday, Mary Antone — an Egyptian-born and -raised language teacher at Whitehaven High — draped and pinned the gentle folds of a traditional garment called a galabeya on the classroom bulletin board and tacked up hand-lettered signs in Arabic script.

Whitehaven High School Arabic teacher Mary Antone readies her classroom for the school year with an Arabic bulletin board display and the flag of Lebanon to hang next to the American flag. Whitehaven is the first high school in the state to offer Arabic.

Besides being the first teacher in the state to teach high school Arabic — starting Monday — her job is to demystify a culture most Americans know only from the news.

“When I tell people I grew up in Egypt, they want to know if I lived in a pyramid. ‘Did you ride to school on a camel; did you have electricity?’ ” she says, smiling at the learning curve her students face.

With a $1.3 million federal grant, Memphis City Schools is rolling out four languages considered critical to global commerce, building each one — elementary through high school — in a pocket of the city.

Mandarin is coming, Russian is expanding to Peabody Elementary this year, and Japanese is new at Richland Elementary.

Eighteen students were enrolled in Arabic 1 as of Friday, including Quinterion Mitchell, 16, who has completed the two years of foreign language the state requires for graduation. He’s taking Arabic “because you never know when you’ll need to be a translator,” he says, only half joking.

Next year, Whitehaven High — where 98 percent of the student body is African-American and where almost no one lives next door to an Arabic speaker — will offer Arabic 2; nearby Whitehaven Elementary and Havenview Middle will join with 30 minutes of daily Arabic instruction for every student.
