1  Theology / Prophecy - Current Events / Re:Rapture season 2006/2007 facts & evidence *reactions* on: July 29, 2004, 04:38:37 AM
  Precisely, Amen dreamweaver!

The daily walk with the Lord is looking to His will in our life

for His glory.  To be open and ready for His work through us

and fellowship with the Lord all the day long!  If one lives

this way one day, the rest to follow will be of thirst to repeat

the first day recieving peace and joy each day in the Lord!

36  For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.  Mark 3

24  And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.  Mark 3

31  So likewise ye, when ye see these thngs come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is night at hand.   Luke 21

2  Prayer / Answered Prayer / Many answers on: July 29, 2004, 04:13:03 AM

Hello there folks!

The Lord truley moves as he hears us daily seeking His will to be manifested in the burdens of others.  I think this is the most congregating movement among the bretheren.  It lifts me up to see all of us to open our hearts to each other in these times.
We know that there is so much going on and why.  What a whirlwind!  On the other hand, our Lord calms the waters of His people.
Thank you for your continued prayer.  There has been many avenues opened, and many blessings since I've posted last.
I still work a full time job, and now have gotten a new biz off to a good start, and what an easy biz to do!  My friend has really been working in all directions and I have been so busy, still staying up late, ( obviously by looking at this post time ), but the hard work is over in setting it up as of tonight!  I do need prayer for strength because my asthma is worsening and it is difficult in many ways.

I can't believe how things can get so messed up when one is under stress, yet I think within two weeks it will all be cleared up and I am thankful that people knew me and understood that I honestly forgot or messed up.  They are working with me.

Prayer is still needed for my daughter who hasn't been home for a month now, visiting some good friends that treated her to a visit all the way to Cali.  She needed it, and I did.  It has really helped me to concentrate and just work things out.

Therefore, again, our precious, loving Lord has known all along and manifests His love again!

Thank you once again.  God hears our prayers always.  I am glad God has built patience and determination in my character.

In Christ, iconHis
3  Theology / Debate / Re:We Owe Children an Apology on: July 27, 2004, 01:54:28 AM
Extremely basic, wonderful truths, and thank you for sharing this Sincereheart.

Profound BEP.  Very.

Thank you both.

If I may share something in relation to all this.  It's rather a testimony, but on the whole not debating what sincereheart posted here, only agreeing fully with the pround basic truths that have been lost in our society.
I am a basic person, never able to interact with society too much, except church, and work.  Never have been.  I have always set my priorities towards my family.  Don't watch tv too often, althought lately been making myself to relax a little. And I homeschooled three of my children. With the last child her whole life except last year.  This style of life was enough for me to continue in the Lord, yet, there always were attacks on the marital side that were always extremely damaging and I always had to pick up all the pieces and go on.  Just keeping my family in the Lord's ways was enough for me as a wife and mother, as far as my responsibilities go.

To say the least, my daughters experience in public school was the most disastrous experience that I had been the most mournful over.  And as a result, as noted in posts, I lost time at work to be a stay at home mom to take care of the matter.  The Lord has blessed me, even though it's tough, I do without a lot of what people have now, I am full of joy in the Lord, which is difficult with the little time I have, yet that joy is always coming to heart throughout my days which is worth the endeavours and careful, stressful planning.  If only we could somehow express to others the way it is easy, less costly, and more fulfilling for the child to homeschool the first formative years.   I know that professionals are even going without lately after checking out the well balanced self-esteem and highly marked education that rises out of homeschooling.  This has been an alternative made easy only in the past few years, with many avenues for social involvement, even with school activities.  But there's even more over the internet that is more hands on, realistic involvement such as writing, math, science, and the fine arts.

My daughter couldn't understand the childish interactions, poor decisions, and waste of time in gossiping with lies. Nor did she understand why somebody would want to hurt others.  She understands the world, but couldn't understand the pettiness at the age she and her peers were in the eight grade.

If anybody reading this post has any questions or interests in homeschooling, they are welcome to email me and I will gladly answer any question they may have to the best of my ability.

I am not cutting public school, it has a lot to offer, so please don't be offended. I attempted public because she wanted to attend, and I just became a single mother by no choice at that time.  Therefore, it didn't work out for convenince.

5  Prayer / Prayer Requests / Re:Prayer Request on: July 23, 2004, 04:33:40 AM

Doesn't sound to me that God is allowing you to slip away.  Sounds like you're right on target with the rest of the bretheren in the world.

Don't ya know this slipping away usually means some of the things we do is what we know shouldn't be done, and the Holy Spirit is working within you.  This is a time of reckoning with the Lord, and asking for Him to empower you with the Holy Spirit to give you the strength to rest enough to allow the Lord to work through you?  We must always remember, God's grace doesn't wait for our works to catch up with His work, He's working in you right now.  Ephesians 3:14-21

I will pray for you.  The desire to be a witness is strong in you, and God sees that too.  I find it best for others to just pray for God's will for the day, and then, well, the Lord will open an easy  conversation that will flow.  Especially at the right time, maybe even with the people you have concerns for.

Take care, In Christ, iconHis  Smiley

          Amen.

Gee, BEP, I am sorry, and I will definately be praying for you as much as I can remember in the next two weeks.  I
don't like the idea that you are in a lot of pain.  You just
take it easy till God gives the physicians the wisdom to help you get back on your feet.

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
Psalms 147:3

I will most likely only be here for two weeks, on borrowed time, yet, with what I am doing, to which I think it is of the Lord's will, it might look a lot better in two weeks.

Talk at ya real soon 'cause Saturday night's coming up fast!

Praise God for His loving grace!  I just love Him, don't you?

11  Prayer / Prayer Requests / Re:Guidance on: July 14, 2004, 02:03:30 AM
I will pray that your sister will rest so that she will be empowered by the Holy Spirit to have the strength to follow Gods will, direction, with the breadth, depth, length and height of all the matter involved.

Ephesians  3:14-20
For this cause,I bend my knees to the Father,

from whom the whole family in the heavens and on earth is named.

that he may give you according to his glorious wealth, to be powerfully strengthened through his spirit in the inner man
that the anointed one, through the faith, may dwell in your hearts:  that being rooted in love and well-established,

you may be fully able to understand with all the saints, what is the breadth and length, and depth and height,

to know even that which surpasses knowledge---the love of the anointed one:  so that you may be filled with all the
fullness of God.

Now to him who is above all things, being mighty to effect far beyond what we ask or think, according to that power operating in us,

to him be the Glory in the congregation, by Christ Jesus, to All the generations of the Age of the Ages.  amen.   Wink  Love, In Christ   iconHis
12  Prayer / Answered Prayer / Re:Stepping forward on: July 14, 2004, 01:44:01 AM

I love that verse!  That's one of my favorites!

"can do everything through Him who gives you strength"! Philippians 4-13

Thank you felix!  May God Bless you.
Love, In Christ, iconHis Wink

I would still love prayer because my regular job just took a turn today.  Don't know what God's up to, but it's gotta be good!
Oh, my daughter in law went to the doctors today, and had some good news.  The uterous has lost the swelling.  this is on a different thread.  But, she has to wait for the actual details on how she really is besides that.  She says she's not afraid, but is concerned for my son if anything happens to her.  She's determined to lean upon the Lord.
Keep praying even though I won't have the Internet services.

Thanks everybody!   Grin

Hillary announced to a foreign country that "we" want a tolerant nation-concerning gun control.
Their advisor created an A,B list that the A list was chritians, homeschoolers, militants, etc.
The B list people were more tolerant, and would be able to supposedly be turned around in becoming tolerant to a new world order or martial law.
Yes, talk about scary.

                  Kerry is Scary!  OOOOOOOO

Vote for me!  I will humbly walk to the podium!  Just send me the funds and I will apply 10x10% to the Lord's work!  Grin

Hey Kristi!
14  Theology / Debate / Re:a question for all of you on: July 14, 2004, 01:20:57 AM
I don't see anybody else dying for my wrong doings.
My proof in God, and His Word is that there is evidence evey time I pray, everytime I live a day and see the results that could never have been on my part.
These evidences are so true that only one knowing that God is the all powerful, and studying His Word can manifest the truth of His Word and His Being.
Until one trusts as the Word of God explains that Jesus is God's son  and did live, die, and resurrect for us because God loves us so much that He will give us everlasting life, then God cannot reveal the Wisdom of your question.
You see, God loves all people, and continually gives us information building until we have enough faith in those truths that He will make evident, and therefore, we either will reject Him or trust in Him the rest of our lives.
He just wants to love you and give you a blessed life. He doesn't want to take anything away from you, unless it's not good for your benefit.  That's all He wants to do, and is waiting with open arms.
Take care, and remember,
God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him will not perish, but have everlasting life.   John 3:16
