Hi,

Please pray for the students and their teachers. Please pray that us students will be able to do or responsibilities such homeworks, chores, social life and spiritual life. As for the teachers, please pray for their wisdom so that they will know what's right and wrong for their students and for more patience.

My teachers won't tolerate no more homeworks at school so If we don't do our homeworks we'll have to write "I didn't do my assignment and I'm very proud of it" on a one whole cartolina back-to-back within one day. I am currently doing it right now and it ain't easy. Please pray for our strength and patience to finish it and pray for those friends of mine who is caught in this torture that I'm taking.

Thank you all and God Bless

Hello there spectre.   I know school can be rough these days.....it was no cake walk back in my day either (boy that makes feel old to say that...lol).

Try to set aside some time for completeing your homework asignments and stick to it.   Not that you don't already.   The bible states that masters should be good masters, and slaves should be good slaves.   (and no I'm not making an analogy of students and teachers and as slaves and masters...lol  although it may feel that way sometimes  Cheesy)   As a student, you should apply this Godly principle to your situation as well.  Be a good student and bring Glory to your Lord by doing your best!

I will be praying that God will give you the strength to honor your responsibilities as a student, and that your teachers will be led with wisdom and give good guidence.

Grace and Peace!

hey there spectre260,
I think this is a wonderful request,i think we shold always remember our students and teachers.. there seems to be so much facing kids today (i have a 13 yr old (will be in a couple months) and he is struggling with so many different situations... in school work, homework, the different teachers and remembering how each seperate teacher deals with things and all the projects and of course girls..is a big thing right now and well the natural stuff that a new teen has to deal with emotionally and friends and hurts and oh my so much drugs and drinking and temptations , yeah i agree tim.. it wasnt easy in our day (yep makes me feel OLD to lol) but seeing what my kids are going thru.. sigh makes me sad that theres only so much i can as a momma do.. and the teachers have such loads to carry now with new laws and guns and drugs and violence and emotional and mental aspects as well as scholar stuff.. we need to each of us have teachers and our kids fron young and older on our list to pray each day for safety and spiritual aspect etc, thank you  spectre for reminding us of this!!
God Bless and wil be praying..

Thanks. Here's more------The Philippines is crawling with gangsters that are started by teens. They walk around the streets  and befriends with any kids they encounter then recruit them. This kids that they recruit thinks that its cool so instead of going home after school or going to school, they go to the gang and hang out and do stuff. So these kids learn to drink, use drugs, joining robberies and stuff so I pray that these kids will realize that what they are doing is wrong. So please pray for these kids and their parents that God will change them...

Hi spectre,

I have been in the Philippines at various times between 1974 to 1987, specifically on Luzon. I was in the Navy and ships that I was on would pull into Subic Bay frequently. I had traveled many times from Olongapo to Manila and sometimes to Baguio. I ran into some of the gangs that you speak of many times in Olongapo. It can be very hazardous for all involved and it is not a good life for those that get dragged into it.

We have that same problem here in some of our cities, especially the larger cities. Yes, I will be glad to pray for these people that they will find a better way, the way to the Lord.
