 I haven't been hunting in about 30 years. When I did go hunting, we ate what I got. There aren't any vegetarians in my family, and we have eaten a variety of wild game. In fact, there were quite a few times when we were short of money, and I went hunting or fishing specifically for something to eat. We still don't have very much money, but my wife and I now hunt ONLY in grocery stores.  AND, my wife is a better hunter than I am in the wilds of the grocery isles. You ought to see my wife all dressed up in camouflage and sneaking up on things in the frozen food section. (Small Print: Hiding - having a cup of coffee. I don't use duck calls because I get shot at every time I do. Tip for deer hunters: don't wear your hat with antlers on it when you go hunting.) |

Wild game is good for the heart. Those tame ducks are too greasy.
I really enjoyed the wild beef they had in Hawaii.
