YEAH!!! - GRANDPA ROGER - CONGRATULATIONS!!! I'm jealous. I only have 2 grandkids, and you're getting grandkids 2 and 3 at a time. I think that it's only fair that you share them with grandparents who don't have any or don't have nearly as many as you do. All kidding aside, I'm very happy for you and your family. GOD has richly blessed you. Love in Christ, Tom Psalms 127:1 NASB Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman keeps awake in vain. Well I guess I'm seriously out numbered, as I don't have any grandkids.

Brother Roger, I've got a great idea that might dramatically help Brother Bob get ready for the future. We could have all the grandparents here round up all the kids and put them in one place. We would then invite Brother Bob over to change all the diapers. This would free us to play and have fun with the kids while Brother Bob learned some valuable experience for the future. After thinking about this, I don't think that we should charge Brother Bob for this school. It would just be one of those things that we did freely out of the goodness of our hearts.

Pastor Roger, That's the beautiful part about being a grandparent. Our job is to have fun with the kids. The hard part and the problems are reserved for the parents. It sure is fun hearing some of the stories that remind us of when they were children. It's funny how several years of responsibility with children change your grown son or daughter's perceptions about nearly everything. You can see the light-bulbs coming on and just smile or chuckle. The last time I did that at my daughter's home, she looked at me, laughed, and said "I know exactly what you're laughing at." Love in Christ, Tom Ephesians 6:1-4 NASB Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER (which is the first commandment with a promise), SO THAT IT MAY BE WELL WITH YOU, AND THAT YOU MAY LIVE LONG ON THE EARTH. Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

GREAT!!! That means that you might be able to change 2 or 3 babies at a time.

Yep, I do that with my kids all the time. For the most part they haven't figured out what I am laughing about yet. They just think I have lost it I just keep it to myself and enjoy.
