I've never actually started a debate thread and since I'm new I apologize if this has already been done or no one really cares about it, but my friends and I have had more than one debate with our Pastor on whether Harry Potter is "evil" or brings people away from God.  I personally LOVE to read and I thought these books were very well written.  I've read all 5 books and enjoyed them quite a bit.  Thoughts, opinions, rude comments... all welcome.   Grin

Well least you and Sapphire W34P0N will get along.

Me I don't like books dealing with witchcraft. They are the bane of the God.

For those of you that don't know what bane is...........
bane is a noun - something causes misery or death; "the bane of my life"
nemesis, scourge, curse
affliction - a cause of great suffering and distress
