We have credible documents and witnesses testifying to this that he did. I went to school with some of these neo cons you hear today and I did a thesis on how to turn US into a dictatorship with a bogus crisis so this has been going on for 35 years.
Stanley, I know you deposed a lot of people. You have a 7 billion lawsuit. Can you go over some of the evidence you have of them ordering the attack?
This is a class action lawsuit. The basic arguments are that they violated the constituion by ordering this. Second, we are charing them under the fradulent claims act because Bush gave fradulent evidence...(cut off by commercial)
Yeah, we're suing Bush, Rice, Cheney, Rumsfeld, etc. for complicity, for not only allowing it to happen but in ordering it.
We have a witness who was married to one of the hijackers. These men were US undercover agents. they were double agents payed by the CIA and the FBI to spy on arab groups in this country...(unintelliglble)...FBI informant, this was a direct order by George W. Bush. We have evidence, documents and witnesses to this effect. It's not just incompetence. He knew about it. He at one point, there were rehearsels over this. The reason why he appeared to be uninterested and nonchalant when those videos showed that (someone's name) whispered in his ear the words about it and he seemed uninterested is that he thought it was another rehearsel. This was dress rehearsed many times and he had seen videos of this. In fact, he even made a Freudian slip some months later. At a California press conference he said he had seen on TV the first plane attack. That's impossible because there was no video of it. What he saw was a simulation video he had gone over.
We are suing them under the constitution for violating the rights of Americans as well as under the Federal fradulent claims act for lying to Congree to justify a bogus Iraq war for political gains and under the RICO statute under the rackateering corrupt organization act for being a corrupt entity. I've been harrassed by the chief judge of the federal court. He's told me to drop the suit and threatened to kick me off the court after I've been there for 30 years. I've been harrassed by the FBI and my staff has been harrassed and threatened. My office has been broken into. This is the kind of government we're dealing with."
