Seriously consider the Fun Money fundraising program. It can raise a bunch of money in short time and make everyone participating happy.

My son's hockey team ordered 30 of the 15 scratch cards (got six more free). We then got a local restaurant to let us print up 540 BOGO coupons (one for each scratch) that expired in 4 months.

We did a list of family/friends/neighbors in our areas and got those cards scratched right away. Then we set up at a couple of grocery stores 4-7pm weekdays and 11-5 weekends.

I didn't get the total for the team but my 8 and 11 year olds each did over $550 in less than 3 weeks. I figured it averaged about $35-$40 per hour. We made over 100% profit because of donations. Many people would scratch a $3 or $4 and just give a $5 and let them keep the change.

The restaurant coupon value was up to $8.00 so everyone was happy: the restaurant got some free advertising, the donors got more in value than they donated (they got a coupon for each scratch so many would scratch more than one), and the team made big bucks fast. It was really great.

Here is the website for Fun Money:

Sorry if I came across as wanting to raise money for myself. The intent of the post was to share information about a fundraising program my son's hockey team used very successfully. Because it was so good for us, it might be useful for others to know about it, as well. Thanks for the welcome. Blessings. Smiley
