I've been taught that Yoga is not Christian because it involves non-Judeo-Christian ‘spirituality’.

What do you think of this article?  

Not sure if meditation on well being, etc., would interfere with Christian spirituality. I guess it would depend on the meditation. Not that familiar with yoga meditation.

There would be a lot less violence in the world if people did Jesus Christ as He was meant to be done.

Interesting article. I wonder if the judge would ever think to impose a sentence of, go and study Christ and try to be the perfect imitator.

I think the webpage you gave me a joke, but I think there is nothing wrong with Yoga.

Next time someone tells you Yoga is bad, tell them to outline for you the part of the spirituality of Yoga that are not in tune with the JudeoChristian belief system. And if they say "Meditation" then please ask them what Meditation is like in Yoga. I'm willing to bet they will not know. Of course, 90% of all Yoga in America is a crock anyways.
