A Short Little Poem

This is how I am feeling right now. Seeing all the wickedness in the world.

Now I lay me down to sleep,
Another day thats made me weep.
To watch mankind with blinded stare,
March headlong to Satan's snare.

The wicked gather to pillage and take,
That makes this world like burning lake.
I pray the Lord for mercy sake,
Please take us home before we wake.

Hello DreamWeaver,

Brother, I feel the same way. Watching the EVIL rise and spread is horrible to watch, especially when we KNOW the rest of the story and how it ends for great hosts of people. On a MUCH brighter note, many people are still being SAVED, so the FULLNESS of CHRIST'S CHURCH is not yet.

Brother, the GREAT RESTRAINER is also still working, and the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD is still softening hearts for the HEARING OF THE GOOD NEWS. GOD'S GRACE toward us is still more than AMPLE, and HE WALKS with us as closely and often as HIS Children ask HIM.
