"O"Ophrah 1 Chronicles 4:14 Meonothai was the father of Ophrah. Seraiah was the father of Joab, the father of Ge Harashim. It was called this because its people were craftsmen. It was also a place: Judges 9:5 He went to his father's home in Ophrah and on one stone murdered his seventy brothers, the sons of Jerub-Baal. But Jotham, the youngest son of Jerub-Baal, escaped by hiding.

Pashur
Jer 20:1 Now Pashur the son of Immer the priest, who was also chief governor in the house of the LORD, heard that Jeremiah prophesied these things. Jer 20:2 Then Pashur smote Jeremiah the prophet, and put him in the stocks that were in the high gate of Benjamin, which was by the house of the LORD. Jer 20:3 And it came to pass on the morrow, that Pashur brought forth Jeremiah out of the stocks. Then said Jeremiah unto him, The LORD hath not called thy name Pashur, but Magormissabib.

Quartus - Quartus was a Christian at Corinth. He was known to the Apostle Paul as a Christian, and "the Brother."
Romans 16:23 ESV Gaius, who is host to me and to the whole church, greets you. Erastus, the city treasurer, and our brother Quartus, greet you.
"R" is next.

Genesis 10:4 The sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, the Kittim and the Rodanim. (Ruth would've been too easy) "S" is next!

Thomas John 11:16 Then Thomas (called Didymus) said to the rest of the disciples, "Let us also go, that we may die with him." "U" is next in line!

Since no one has been here for a couple of days, I will go ahead and take the "U".
Uzziah
2 Kings 15:34 He did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father Uzziah had done.
"V" is next.

I'm worn out and drawing a blank for "V", so I'm going to get some rest and come back. I would have to get "V". Someone else can try it. JUMP IN!

V is a more difficult one. There are few names that start with V. Here is one of the few though.
Vajezatha, one of the sons of Haman, enemies of the Jews that the Jews killed which is told of in Esther 9.

Apparently there are no names that start with W so X is next.

I had a hard time believing there wasn't a "W". I didn't find a specific name referring to one person, but I did find:
"WISE MEN" - Matthew 2:7 ESV Then Herod summoned the wise men secretly and ascertained from them what time the star had appeared. I think that we're going to have trouble with some of these letters unless we go to Hebrew, Greek, or Books other than the Bible. I had to stretch some on "X", but here it is.
Ezra 4:6 ESV And in the reign of Ahasuerus, in the beginning of his reign, they wrote an accusation against the inhabitants of Judah and Jerusalem.
Another Name for King Ahasuerus is "Xerxes"
"Z" is next
