Greetings!

I am new to this board.  I had just been introduced to its address and existence! Smiley

I am excited to be here! Grin

I am a minister.  I am studying to become a better minister and to better develop my ministry for His Glory! Grin

He is the Master of my life. I live for Him and for His Glory!

I am looking forward to sharing here!

My name, "Holy Spokes," comes from my love for cycling!  Some of my friends call me "Holy Spokes," for sun.  I hope nobody is offended by this nickname my friends have given to me.

Have a great day in Him! Grin

Hello Holyspokes,

Welcome to the forum ... "Cycling 4 Jesus" ... you should have that as a bumper sticker.

Hello HS,

WELCOME!

I sincerely hope that you enjoy Christians Unite. We're very happy to have you with us. I will associate your user name with running a race for CHRIST. All of us need to run a good race, fight a good fight, and finish our course.

I look forward to reading your posts and having fellowship with you.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Good morning! Smiley

Thanks to each of you for your warm welcomes and for the creative slogans! Smiley

You have heard of how motorcycle riders (bikers) have the blessings of the bikes each Spring?

We have a club of both mountain bike riders and roadies, both genders in each category.  We will start a Spring blessing of the bicycles in the Spring of '08 as a way to come together as a club and to raise consciousness for His Kingdom!  Smiley

You are so right, we are in a race for Christ!  These days are trying one, with terrorism, war, etc.  Each day counts.  Let us not sit idly by, but let us make the day count for Him!

While life as a whole feels like a race, let us remember to also rest in Him AND take the time to enjoy Him, as without a good relationship with Him, we are lost!  Amen! Wink

I have His song in my heart on this beautiful morning!

Enjoy the day in Him! Grin

Welcome Holy Spokes. Being a member of a bike club makes your screen name perfect. I look forward to reading your posts.
