All of man could not find rightouseness in the law due to his inability to keep it all perfectly.

So, with this inability to be righteous in and of ourselves through keeping all the law. We therefore are found to be unrighteous.

I then ask what makes man righteous if he/she is unable to keep the law and transgresses the law to be sinners?

Can someone provide scriptures that show what makes man right/righteous, in his/her inability to keep the law perfectly, approved of/with God?

Righteousness is a gift from God.

Romans 4:11
And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:

Romans 4:22
And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

Romans 5:17
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.

Romans 5:19
For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

These are just a few verses that describe and show that righteousness is something that is imputed to us by God.

Hope this helps.

I always like 1 John 1:9....If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Christ takes our sins and gives us His righteousness (imputed righteousness).

Righteousness is not a matter of being able to live without falling short of the glory of God. This is why we are told to forgive and ask the Lord for forgiveness. Because righteousness is in following the Lord's commandments and knowing that along the way in our struggle against falling short of His glory, He will pick us up and we shall get back up 7 times; but the wicked shall fall and stay down. In this, we know that the righteous are those who are not as the wicked. The righteous will fall and rise again, but the wicked shall fall into a ditch and find no way up... In this same way, as Jesus died and rose again, so shall the Body of Christ (THE CHURCH) rise again on the day of ressurection. But that is different topic (to some degree).

Amen!

It comes from faith in Christ alone.

Rom 10:9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Rom 10:10  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

There's absolutely nothing we can DO to get it.   God Himself applies the blood of HIS Lamb to the door post of our hearts once we believe and receive His gift of Grace on the cross.

Blessings!
