Hi Everyone!
I'm Alicia. I'm 18 years old and about 3 years my mother passed away and I lost my relationship with the Lord. I have finally realized without God in your life, life is nothing. I am now happy to be here to state I am fully rededicating my life to the Lord!  I'm a student at Augusta Technical College in Augusta, GA and I plan to become a Medical Transcriptionist. I thought I'd say 'Hello!' to everyone and let everyone know, whoever you may be, that I am proud to say that I am ready to get my life back on the right path, the path that leads me to a wonderful relationship with Jesus Christ! I'm so excited to begin my relationship over with the Lord and I know that this time that I will not give up, I will not turn my back on Him, because HE would never turn my back on me!

Thank you Pastor Roger! I am so excited to get my life on the right track with God again because I know He will never place a mountain in front of me that I am unable to climb and eventhough I pushed him away when my mother died I know that He was always there, He never left my side! I'm so excited about the beginning of a BRAND NEW relationship with Jesus Christ!  Thank you for the welcome!!!!! |

Thank you so much. It is great to know that I have fellow Christians out there that are here for me in my new walk with the Lord. I'm very excited and I feel very welcomed here. I'm rededicating my life at it feels GREAT! |

Hello Alicia, welcome to CU Foums, I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your mom, it is a very hard thing to go thru, I lost my mom it will be 4 years soon, but praise God I know I will see her again.
Alicia, I am very happy to know that you have rededicaated your life to the Lord, I will be praying for you, that your walk with the Lord will be a very strong commitment and that you will continue running the race, until the Lord returns to take us home.
This old world has nothing, but pain and suffering, greed and lust, hate and envy, we don't want any of that.
I look forward to reading more of your posts

Thank you for your post. Losing your mother is a tough battle but with the Lord you are able to overcome everything. I know life isn't always easy but I believe that with the Lord is your heart it makes it easier to deal with.
I am so glad to have strong Christians here to hear me out and support my decision in giving my life to the Lord again.

Every since I have decided to rededicate my life, Maria, I have felt like the depression I once had has been pushed out of me and I feel awesome like nobody can bring me down because I know I have the Lord ON MY SIDE! It is the best decision anyone could ever make. He IS the answer! |

We have our ups and downs during this short life, but it's nice to know that JESUS is always with us and will never forsake us.
