Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

Our struggles not against flesh and blood, keep the Armor free of leaks and keep pressing on Saints, keep the Sword of the Spirit sharp, pray without ceasing, keep on seeking Him, carry the Cross.

I was listening to a radio program, I think it was Focus on the family, and they had a man on there that wrote a book about what was in the book that was wrong from the so called "code". I was not going to see the movie and encouraged my wife not to want to see it from what I had heard about it's way off direction. But this man made a good point about how can I witness against it if I had not seen what errors they had made in the so called story. He said they confuse the ways of the early church and felt that if people did not know much about the early church then they will probably be clouded.

So if I put that light on it, get the armor on, and go in with the counter attack thing in mind, then out will come the truth, that I  know in Him. The code, now the new one I learn on this thread, "the Jesus papers" and now the Gospel of Judas. Well now,  it tells me, all hell must be trembling, for he knows his time is short.   Amen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But some will fall prey to this junk, I  praise Jesus, God is in control. It tells me and reminds me to keep on praying for them I know that know Him not. For them  to be drawn to the knowledge of the truth, and the truth will set them free, and to plant them in the good soil. And keep pressing on in the truth, in Him, and pray without ceasing.
Blessed be His name.

Only always for Jesus
in the love of a brother

We know that there will be saints that will survive the tribulation, I just feel so sad for them because they don't have to go through the tribulation if they would accpet the Lord now.
That is why we need to be praying for the lost that their eyes shall be opened that they may see and that their ears may be opened that they may hear, that they may come to their senses and escape from the claws of the enemy and run to the Rock of salvation.

Sister Maria,

This is exactly what I believe, but I would point out that many sweet Christians don't believe that the church which is the BODY OF CHRIST will be RAPTURED prior to the Tribulation Period. I think there is overwhelming Scripture and evidence in the Holy Bible to show that JESUS CHRIST will indeed catch up HIS CHURCH into the air to meet HIM and abide with HIM forever before the Tribulation Period begins. BUT, I've tried to stop debating this subject since some Brothers and Sisters get upset. AND, some Brothers and Sisters in Christ some how believe it is some sort of heresy to even believe in the Rapture of the CHURCH at all. AND, others get upset talking about the sequence of end of age events. I think it's sad that something like this causes divisions for some people we will be spending eternity with in JESUS. So, I've starting saying that we'll have to agree to disagree on that subject, but we can rejoice together that we will spend eternity together with JESUS.

Regardless of agreement or disagreement with end of this age events, this hour and this day is the best time to accept JESUS CHRIST as Lord and Saviour. This is my prayer for the lost, and I know that millions of Christians pray every day for the same thing. GOD does love to hear our prayers, especially when it's for the lost. We know from the Holy Bible that GOD doesn't want anyone to die in their sins without JESUS. We also know that the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD does soften and prepare the hearts of hosts for the WORD of GOD. Faith comes by hearing the WORD of GOD. God's children are vessels for the HOLY SPIRIT and messengers for GOD'S WORD, so our prayers can be and should be for the Living BODY OF CHRIST that we all:

1 - Pray;
2 - Study HIS WORD;
3 - Yield;
4 - Strengthen each other;
5 - Encourage each other to all go forth in the Will of GOD.

Thanks be unto GOD for HIS unspeakable GIFT!, JESUS CHRIST, our Lord and Saviour forever!

Love In Christ,
Tom

Brother,

I definitely believe that the devil's time is short, and many desperate and horrible things will be done by the devil and his evil minions. YES, we do have the beautiful and powerful Armor of God. Now you've made me want to go read this portion of the Bible again right now! Brothers and Sisters, please go to Ephesians 6 and know about the "Armor of God".

I have mixed emotions about this, but I would quickly say that it should be a matter of prayer for each individual Christian. God may lead many to do different things. I will probably have to get my information from free sources since I don't have the money to make many choices. If I did have the money, I'd still have to pray about this. One of the things that would bother me is people making money with blasphemy of GOD. But, I'm convinced that GOD will use many Christians in some positive way because of all the horrible things in the media. GOD may empower an army of witnesses, and I pray that HE does.

So, I will simply pray that all Christians pray and respond in any manner that GOD leads them. This is exactly what I plan to do, regardless of money.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Brother Tom I understand exactly what you are saying ... With God all things are possible .... so the Rapture is not something that is impossible ... just because some may not believe it doesn't make it any less likely .... God only tells us those things that our puny little minds can handle .... But regardless of whether some believe the Rapture will take place or not the important thing is that they are saved. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that if you don't believe in the Rapture you won't be. All we have to do is accept the Lord Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, by faith ....
This makes me think of a funny situation here at my house, my husband has a pair of olive green dress slacks, he insists they are brown .... the girls keep telling him they are olive green he says no they are brown and he truely believes they are brown, now he isn't color blind he just thinks they are brown, but whether they are olive green or brown it doesn't matter because they are still a pair of dress slacks, they still get laundered they same and they still serve the same purpose so what does it matter if they are brown or olive green, as long as he's wering the slacks who cares. God understands us better than we understand ourselves. Thank You Jesus!!! He loves us as long as we are part of His flock and that is the important thing.  Cheesy

Amen Sister Maria,

You made the point in a beautiful way, belonging to JESUS is the most important decision in this short life. Differences in the very complex issues of Bible Prophecy doesn't have anything to do with being saved. In fact, I'm thinking now about the words of JESUS in Matthew when HE was talking about children and coming to HIM like a child.

You might also tell your husband that many men are at least partially color blind. My wife tells me what to wear when it's somewhat important, but having on pants, even the wrong color, is better than none.  Grin  I wore uniforms most of my life and I didn't have to worry about it. Now I'm thinking back to a time when my daughter was still at home. She told me many times that the clothes I bought were out of style by 30 years or more. So, I started taking her with me when I bought clothes.  Cheesy  BUT, I still like the older styles, and I still wear them when I want to be comfortable. I just have to dress more appropriately when I'm with them.  Cheesy

This really is a good example of some things that Christians argue over, even to the extent of dividing. Our LORD said to be of one mind, and I feel certain that pertained to JESUS and the Cross - Salvation from the curse of sin and death.

Love In Christ,
Tom

I try not to argue about trivial little matters with anyone, especially those in the faith. It's hard enough fighting the enemy. God has a brand new set of rules for us in heaven, we will all learn a new language, a new life style, we will be reunited with loved ones that have gone ahead 40 - 50 years ago, we will be meeting OT saints, we will be meeting our friends from CU in person. But most of all we will finally get to see our Savior. I wonder sometimes what will my reaction be, will I run to His arms and hug Him? Will I be speechless? Will I fall on my knees? I don't know but I do know the day will come.

We will have so many answers to questions we never asked, it will be so busy, but so orderly, we will have our King leading us, this bings to mind a song played on the radio quite a bit called "I can only imagine" I guess it's something Christians think about but just never mention it. All of us have wondered at least once, what it will be like when we get there, especially if we are still alive at the time and raptured and suddenly we find ourselves in a completely new place, with our God. Wow it is so much to take in. No wonder God dosen't give us all the answer, we would be able to take them all in at once.

Amen Brother Bob and Sister Maria!

Being with JESUS and what Heaven might be like are really beyond human imagination. but these are beautiful things to dream about. The Holy Bible does give some glimpses in various portions of Scripture, and they are all incredibly beautiful. The descriptions are the opposite of what gives us sorrow in this short life on earth.

JESUS went to prepare many mansions for us. Our idea of this is based on what we consider to be a mansion on earth. We should know that the things of the LORD can never be compared to the things of this world.

There won't be any need of the sun. The LIGHT of the LAMB will be more than sufficient.

Our tears will be wiped away and there won't be any more sorrow. Just this would be almost impossible to understand. We will all be happy and full of joy for eternity.

Christians will finally and completely understand "Agape Love", a love so full that it can only be associated with JESUS. This was the Love that JESUS had for us when HE went willingly to die on the Cross in our place. We will be surrounded by "Agape Love" for eternity.

In short, nobody in this life can imagine the beauty, peace, and glory that will be in the presence of our LORD and SAVIOUR forever!

Love In Christ,
Tom

Romans 11:33 NASB  Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways!

Psalms 111:3 NASB  Splendid and majestic is His work, And His righteousness endures forever.
