31  Theology / Prophecy - Current Events / Re: Will the Body of Christ Go Through the Tribulation? [MUST READ] on: July 07, 2011, 04:59:25 PM
The Bride will not enter Daniels 70th week.
So who was it that was restraining evil prior to the Day of Pentecost?...the answer is that it was the Holy Spirit who is omnipresent.
So!......If the Holy Spirit is omnipresent,..then why did the Lord send the Comforter?...is not the Comforter the Holy Spirit? How can you send someone who is already omnipresent?
The reason the Lord sent the Comforter was that He would indwell believers.
The Holy Spirit will not indwell a man unless he sincerely asks and Believes Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
The Holy Spirit will "only" seal a "true" believer with the promise of redemption.(God does not break promises)
And the result of being sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise is..."SAVED BY GRACE"

But those who enter Daniels 70th week and come to Jesus During those days,...Their salvation is conditional,...they must endure unto the end, and the same shall be saved. These are saved by faith that must be evidenced by their works of faith,...meaning that these were not saved by grace,...that these were not sealed of the Holy Spirit of promise when they first believed.
The reason why is because the Comforter no longer functions the same way as He did during the Church age,..Fore He was taken out of the way,..and since it is that the Holy spirit Indwells believers in the Church age,...then they too were caught up!(Taken out of the way)
The Holy Spirit did not indwell believers prior to the Day of Pentecost,..and as we can see,..the Holy Spirit will not be indwelling those who are left behind when the Rapture occurs.
32  Theology / Debate / General time Era(season) of the rapture on: July 07, 2011, 04:34:04 PM
Matthew 24;37As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.

They were eating and drinking and giving in marriage( description of everyday normal life)
The Lord went one step further to make sure one understood what he was hammering home.
40Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.(Again a scenario of everyday normal life, that they were working)

The second era of prophecy that backs up this general time era of when the rapture would occur is the following:
I pointed out,...a false peace is coming after the Isaiah 17;1/Psalms 83 war.
When one reads 1 Thessalonians 5;3
For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

What stands out are the words..."They"......"Them"...and...."They"
It is as though this indicates the Bride was not around when these words were proclaimed by the world.
Pre-trib and post trib are in agreement that a rapture occurs just slightly prior to the Day of the Lord.
The difference is the belief of it's timing
But the problem that post trib has is that a time of normal everyday life cannot fit into the 7 bowl judgements, which occurs just before the return of the Lord to fight Armageddon.

The third area of prophecy that backs up the general time era of when the rapture will occur is Ezekiel 38;11-20
Again a description of everyday normal living,....the world was very much surprised that a surprise invasion against Israel had occurred.
This invasion will occur at an unknown day and hour,...just as the rapture will occur at an unknown day and hour.
But the general time era of Ezekiel 38 will occur when a time of peace and safety is present,..and so will the rapture.
1 Thessalonians 5;4
4But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. 5You are all sons of the light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. 6So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled. 7For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. 8But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. 9For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. 10He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. 11Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

1 Thessalonians 1;10
10and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead—Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.
The Bride will not be present on the earth when Ezekiel 38;19 comes to pass,....it is Ezekiel 38;18-20 that activates the Day of the Lord.

Ezekiel 38;
18This is what will happen in that day: When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused, declares the Sovereign Lord. 19In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. 20The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at my presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground.

Ezekiel 38 will not fit in the Armageddon scenario,...nor at anytime during Daniels 70th week.
Ezekiel 38 will occur just slightly prior to the beginning of Daniels 70th week.

I came across the following link,....Bill Salus is saying exactly what I have been trying to get you guys to understand....In that we are at this very moment living in the general time era (season) of when the rapture of the Bride will occur.1 Thessalonians 5;4
