I would like to share a humorous story. I was escaping an abusive relationship, I didn't belong to a church and was saved for only a year or so, and the only Spiritual nourishment was the 700 club. I was somehow under the impression that there were no Christians in New England. I decided to pack my 3 cats up and drive to Arkansas to rebuild my life. This car had no shocks, no Radio, bad brakes, and only one window went down. Well the moment I crossed the state line into Arkansas, I discovered the roads were terrible I was litterally bouncing in my seat. I found this extremely funny, as well as the joy of finally being in my state of choice. I had the litterbox on the floor of the front passenger seat, unfortunately this is the time that one of my siamese decided to do his business. His feet were litterally leaving the box with the rythem of the road. Well this struck me so funny I started to laugh hysterically. He did not see my amusement and when he finished his business, ran to the back of the car and stayed there he was obviously offended by my insensitivity!
7 years before I was saved, I had quite an experience. I had been having horrible nightmares for about a week. I had 2 that stand out in my mind. In one my brother was hanging by a rope around the neck in the corner of my room. The other one I was walking around with a shovel digging for Jesus. (Please be advised that I knew very little about The Lord at the time) Then, I had just laid down to go to sleep on this particular night, In my minds eye I saw a demon sitting cross legged on my dresser leering at me with hate then quick as a flash he came within inches of my face. I remember he had deep wrinkles, and yellow eyes. I jumped up so fast and ran from that room and I refused to sleep in there again! Years later I saw that same face on a billboard advertising a horror movie! I was horrofied allright. I believe that demons give inspiration to the ungodly in movies and in music. I am so Glad that I finally found Jesus!
I would not see this movie! One of the reasons, Not mentioned here is : Has anyone considered the concept that if this movie or any like it do well at the box office, that just shows Hollywood that there is a desire for this kind of movie and then in turn they will continue to peddle more rubbish. I agree with Black Eyed peas. I believe The enemy is at work in these movies and I would not want to Make Money for satan! I did not see Bruce Almighty either
