Okay....here is a test for the old timers  Cheesy
My wife is a fairly new coffee drinker and likes it very much.  We were in a coffee shop the other day and she ordered two "regular" coffees.  I was a bit concerned because growing up when my father ordered a "regular" coffee that meant cream and sugar.  Sugar is a not very good for me (type I diabetic) so I watched the clerk make it to be sure no sugar was added.  My wife said "why are you staring at him?"  So after I explained a "regular" coffee, she called me crazy (its the wife thing to do Cheesy)  Does anyone know what I'm talking about?  And yes, if anyone does reply I will be pointing this post out to her while saying "SEE!". (Very Christian of me Cheesy)

Well I drink my coffee "regular", black, no cream or sugar. I am also diabetic, and control mine by diet. In my house when I was growing up, "Regular Coffee" meant coffee black. So it is just from how you were raised brother. By the way, my g-pa also drank his coffee black.

By the way, I ain't an ole' timer.............. Shocked Shocked Shocked Wink Shocked Shocked Shocked

Now the restaurant that I go to all the time knows when I say give me my regular they know I mean coffee with cream and sugar with a skillet of eggs, hash browns and ham. So as DW said I guess what is regular to one person is not to another.
