That's what my dad always says when the news channel starts getting worried about drowning whales and starving polar bears. "They were predicting an ice age when I was in school," he says. (I don't tell him that this must make him REALLY, REALLY old.

)

Hello Willowbirch,
I resemble that remark. I would make a note of it, but notes take me a long time with my chisel and stone tablets.
All kidding aside, Christians should know there are appointed times for things to happen on the earth, and those appointed times were set by God before the foundation of the world. So, what men say or predict about the earth really doesn't concern me that much. I simply know that God will carry out His plan at His appointed time.
Love In Christ,
Tom
Romans 5:8-9 NASB But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him.
