Jesus, remember me... Luke 23:42

I am catching a very early flight to San Antonio tomorrow.

Please pray for a safe trip and that I don't choke during my job interview tomorrow afternoon.

Please pray that I am able to be a witness for the Lord at my wife's family reunion over the weekend.

Please pray that the temperature in San Antonio drops a dozen or so degrees.  Grin  (j/k)

Please pray that His will is done.

I love you all. I'll be back on the boards sometime next week.

God bless,
JudgeNot

JudgeNot,

Brother, I'll be praying about the trip, especially the witnessing portion. May God give you strength and wisdom.

I'm afraid that you might be a little bit disappointed about the temperature.   Cheesy  This area of the country is actually having a pretty mild summer, but the temperatures are usually over 100. 110 is more common, so bring a jacket in case you get cold.   Grin

Love in Christ,
Tom

Psalms 31:24  Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.

I'm in agreement with BEP, JN.  I'll be praying for your interview, too.  Don't worry, you won't choke.  Hey, don't forget to take several pairs of clean gutchies with ya, though.  Better go pack them now so you won't forget. Grin Grin Grin  hehe

May He go before you and come in after you!

Sending ya off with all of our love here on CU.

My prayers go with you JN, but I'm glad I'm staying here. It has been hot enough for me here.

I want to, again, thank all of you for your prayers and support.

The trip was safe.

The job interview was less successful than I hoped – but it is because I determined I don’t want to work for them rather than the other way around.  I got some more leads from them, however – so I so should consider it a success.  (Although – I haven’t turned down their offer yet.)

The wife’s family reunion was great!  It was held in and around Camp Wood, TX on the Nueces River; absolutely beautiful country.  While there weren’t any souls won for Jesus, I did meet many of my wife’s cousins who ARE strong in their faith, and I consider them wonderful new friends.

It was hot – but when you’re sitting up to your chin in the crystal-clear running waters of the Nueces – hot is good!

My wife and I decided to just sell our California house next month and put everything in the Lord’s hands.  HIS WILL WILL PREVAIL!

Thanks to all of your prayers – I am at rest in Him.
