Yeah, the movie sucks. It is about the Bible codes. The Bible codes, as I’m sure you know, is a way, by the use of math and original Hebrew Text of the old Testament, “experts” find messages in the bible in an almost crossword puzzle-like fashion. They claim God put them there. Anyways, the movie is about a group of these codes, with one Prophecy for each of the Greek letters in the Alphabet. The antagonist of the film is using these codes, and then fulfilling the prophecy, so that he can become the anti-Christ. The protagonist takes the last code (Omega, of coruse, being the latter letter in the Greek alphabet), and fights with the Anti-christ guy who wants it back.
As a Fan of Michael York, I was very disappointed. I would stay away from this film. As a Theology lesson, it is heretical at best. As a movie, it is awful! Bad acting, bad writing, cheesy effects. Unless you are the kind of person who enjoys making fun of bad movies as you watch them, avoid this flick!
