hi, I just found this forum a few nights ago and wanted to join and meet some more christians like myself. Oh and I liked the forum name too: Christians Unite
A little about myself: I'm a very devoted christian and I like studying christian history, theology, diverse doctrines; all that stuff really interests me. I don't follow mainstream christianity though, like the catholics or protestants, to name a few. I'm a Bogomil, which means Beloved of God. This quite infamous form of christianity doesn't exist today as a practicing faith, except for some scholars and believers like myself who became attracted to it. The Quakers (friends of God) are probably present day descendants of the Bogomils, not sure though.
I haven't ventured off much to look at the posts, but I'm hoping this to be a safe, clean place where all christians can come together, even in diversity.
It's not my intention to argue or get into silly debates, that's not why I joined
. I joined to fellowship with other christians; I really don't have many christian friends right now, so really I don't have alot of support behind me. My beliefs are just kinda strange to everyone else. I adore all forms of christianity and welcome all viewpoints and learning. I don't mind what any of you believe, or teach. Just happy to be on an all christian forum for once!
