When ,not by date but by sequence, is the Great Battle ,Gog and Magog etc expected?

I started laying it out but it took too long...

Please notice the repeats and same statements when reading scripture. It is the biggest clue to time frames as you can always overlay them even if before and after move fast or slowly by. They are the markers.

In Revelation 20: around the activity you describe satan is into the pit over and over as he actually enters only twice. Once repeated as when he is bound for a thousand years, and once when he is cast in forever.

Though they are sometimes large and sometimes small slices of the same time it gets harder to match events exactly because it gets harder to know when events start and stop.

But with practice you can do it exactly.

The time frame of the scripture we are discussing ranges from:


Earliest -  T minus 1821 days

Latest -  T minus 1004 years 339 days


Earliest and Latest being the beginning of their respective event cycles, and not the end, and it is all based upon this day.

The question is:

Who will see and say if it is Truth?

Is the above indeed Truth?

Is it Not?

We could honour opinions eternal and only know at the end of these things.

But the over lay is close to those who rise from the pit as clues are best when reversed. If being cast into the pit is bad, rising from, is, got to be good! You know what I am sayin?

One fact remains:

While light, and yet a yoke, He can make it easy, He can make it hard!

One can only Hope to be right with Him and behold.

Hi Hitch,

Interesting that you are also busy with the gog/magog war.
I am still gathering information. As the occupation of Iraq & surrounding coutries are a fact ( including the sheperd that tries to divide Israel )

So far I have found new information that Gog/Magog is a surprise attack that not only is aimed at Israel but also seems to be aimed at the US. The force will consist of both Islam and Russian forces; even the Chinese seem to have a hand in this.

With the babylonian war as a thing of the past the next stop seems to be the Gog/Magog war as a form of "sudden destruction that cometh upon them" ie: in the middle of a peace process. I hear lots of people that talk about the Gog/Magog as some sort of response on the anti-terrorist NWO policing actions of the US (or UN for that matter)

Some (have) see(n) the strike on the US with nuke subs; destroyed in an hour.
Confirmed information deals with a large army that marches from the north (of israel) that is halted by an earthquake.

Hey, Hitch, welcome back.  My understanding is Jesus comes back for us(looks like pretty soon), we reign with Him for 1000 years(hehe--payback time) while Satan imprisoned.  Then Satan released, Gog/Magog, and everyone is sent packing.

In my view the prelude could be heard in Iraq; the US armies there are a growing consurn for the region.

If, or rather when, the Gog Magog initiative takes place they (the Jews) are also defended by armies opposing the Gog-Magog initiative. These armies have been identified as the armies of the antichrist.

In my mind, when that war happens (and i think that this might happen around the time of the epilogue of the roadmap-plan in 2005 [ http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/2989783.stm ]  )

The armies defending will (ofcourse?) be the deployed US/UN peace-keeping force in the region (iraq), then maybe even occupying Israeli territory for the sake of the roadmap.

So in terms of time, within the current timeframe in the start of 2005.

In my mind the Gog-Magog invasion will look like a (big) bunch of ill-organised cannon-fodder, afterwards the world will then (even more then nowadays) ask themselves " Who is able to make war with the beast ? "

Symphony: I am aware of the post millenium Gog-Magog scenario the above is a reflection of what I have found on the Internet (and other sources) so far, and does not nessecarily reflects "the eternal truth" (tm) even more as it's a work in progress.

Sigh.....I thought I could take a break until jan/feb next year; but this Gog/magog thing is really pushing; the last time I thought that the Iraq war would start I placed it 6 months too late I hope i'm too early with the Gog thingie, or whatever is coming......
