Please oh please pray for me.

I feel so empty now. I have lost my focus. I don't know what to do. Some health problems are keeping me from sleeping and I really really need to sleep. I cant take it. Just a lot of things have not really gone my way. I just dont know what I'm suppose to do, feel, think. I dont know if im suppose to feel sorry or angry. help me
