Was Noah whom God found righteous also totally deprived and evil and corrupt in sin inherited from Adam? If so How Could he be found righteous?

Any comments? Or thoughts?

Gen 6:6  And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
