Wrote this piece earlier this month and thought I would share this. Not many understand the meanning to the question found within the title and many assume I am asking who He was as in the name...but is that truly the message I am trying to portray within this piece? Only God knows


Who was He
Flesh of men
Wisdom; awe of unknown
Revealed so blind might see
Who was He
Blood would stain his hands and feet
Cries echo in dead of night
Heavens torn in two
Who was He
Prince of Peace
Way, truth, and light
King of all Kings
Who was He
