I was recently asked to assist in teaching the Jr High kids on Wed night @ church. I can't tell you how excited I am. Ive been praying about getting involved in the church and I hope this is the answer. The youth pastor said the kids are always talking about me with my colored hair (Red, Pink, Blue on some days) and my flamboyant (?) dressing sometimes and he said they think its cool that someone can be Christian and dress & look that way. I'll take that as a compliment, lol. Smiley
I actually find that the wackiness I sometimes present to others by my appearance is a good witnessing tool. While I may find my style of dressing & my color hair normal to me, others find it a bit off the wall & get to talking to me, thus leading many times into the word of God. Smiley Which is always nice if they continue to listen-------And get saved.
Anyway, don't wanna keep talking. Was just glad I could add to this thread now that I am doing something & Im real happy I will get to work with kids & hopefully bring them to Jesus, a closer relationship with him and just be there for them. Smiley

Isn't it amazing that how we look has no bearing on who we are in Christ?  Wink May the Lord use you to remind them all of that!  Cheesy
