Church Last Night

Hi Sweet Ladies
The Lord blessed at church last night as He always does.
The message was powerful, coming from Romans 8.
Praise and worship was powerful.  God really met us there.
Testimonies were very encouraging.  We need that.
I just praise God for His Word.  I just couldn't and wouldn't want to make it without Him.  Even though we have to go through tests and trials, what an assurance to know that God is right there with you.  We never have to go through anything alone.  He's an awesome God, and I am so glad that He drew me nigh unto Him, and I had the sense enough to say, " Yes Lord".  I love Him.  I love Him so much.
He's the best thing that has ever happened to me.

The trials of the Christian life are nothing compared to the shame and hopelessness that must be endured by those who reject the Lord;and He uses every trial (and every pleasant thing too!) to shape us, to mold us to be more like Him. What joy we have in the Lord, who loves us so much that he is willing to discipline us so that we can find great glory in Him!

I am reminded of a friend's saying...every good work we do for the Lord, and every trial we overcome through Him, is like sewing pearls on our wedding dresses. When He comes for His Bride, we will be ready with our wedding clothes!
