I've noticed that there seem to be a lot less posts now than there was say, a month ago. Where did everybody go?

Perhaps the beach. It is summer, more outdoors, less indoors perhaps.

Perhaps some are avoiding the board until Brother BEP can make it back?  (Where is Blackeyespeas???)
There seem to be more scoffers than believers on the board as of late.
It gets tiresome having to explain God in every thread.  Plus - I have a childish inclination to defend God (although He needs no defense - He is able to let those not written in the Book of Life make fools of themselves), so I've been making a minimal number of posts.

I considered starting a thread under 'Bible Study' (where only Christians are supposed to participate) about "How Are We to Deal with Scoffers - a Biblical Study".   But a scoffer is a scoffer and they would be inclined to invade what I consider our 'sanctuary' only because they could.  It's interesting; when I was considering starting the thread I was searching in Google and was amazed at the number of WWW references that exist to teach (indoctrinate?) atheists about how “Atheists are smarter than Christians” and “Christians are Stupid”.  (Those are direct quotes.)  Agnostics I can handle – they just don’t seem to care one way or another – to an agnostic Christians can believe what they want to believe.  But atheists are a different animal – they want to suppress, conquer and rule.

Maybe I'll start the thread anyway - just to see how many of them refuse to respect our 'space'.

That could very well be it. I've noticed that he and a lot of other people don't seem to be posting.  Huh
