Prayer for my best friend...

Hi everyone. I would just like to ask that you all please pray for my best friend. I will not give out his name for privacy reasons but God will know who you are praying about when you pray for him. He is currently going through a divorce and is experiencing a lot of depression. Him and his wife still love each other but they feel the need to divorce. Anyway, he is a Christian but he is having a very hard time dealing with this. He also told me the other day that he has been suffering from chest pain. Heart problems run in his family. Please pray that nothing bad will happen to him. Also, please pray that God will pull him out of this depression. He is going through a very rough time right now. Any prayers will be greatly appreciated.

Lord, take complete control of this man's life. Bring him strength and blessings beyond belief. Protect and empower him to do all things that You would have him do. In Jesus' name, amen

Why are they divorcing?
Chest pain is so frightening! My mother has various nerve and joint problems that can produce pain and pressure in her chest and left side, and she had a deformed heart as well, which makes the pain even scarier. (She has not had one of these episodes in a while, praise the Lord!) Praying for your friend and his family!

Holly, I join you in prayer that God will bring peace and His grace to this person. His grace is sufficient.
