Hi everyone. Well, despite my own problems on mother's day, my friend has had a quarrel at his house  Undecided. When he woke up he went and bought his mother a bouque of roses and brought them to her in bed. While he was talking to her, his step-dad came in there and grabbed him by his hair and through him out of the room. His step-dad told him to mow the lawn, and my friend said the lawn mower was broken. His step-dad didn't seem to care and told him to use the sling blade in the shed. My friend shrugged and protested saying he had to be at church in and hour and a half and sling blading an acre of grass would take forever. His step-dad yelled asking what he needed to be at that G**D*** church for. My friend told him he was getting baptised and his step dad told him he didn't need to go. Well, long arguement short, my friend got kicked out of the house. The problem is, he has nowhere to stay. He has a job but it pays very little money and doesn't have near enough time to get a second job. He's staying with a friend of mine from church for now (but can only stay for so long). Listen, I know God will provide, but I ask that you pray for him and that he will make it through emotionally and finacially. Also, I ask that you pray for his step-dad.
Love you guys,
Ash

That seems very catastrophic. I will be praying that God will reconcile your friend and his step-dad. I know that God will be taking care of your friend; he'll be in good hands. Your friend needs courage to confront his stepdad again. You should give him the support to do so.

Lord, I praise You for Your goodness and faithfullness... and for Your justice. I ask You to make a WAY for this teen. Bring him into Your victory and protect him in all things. Bless him with Your peace and grant him the strength and faith to keep on Your path... even thru persecutions. In Christ Jesus, amen

I cannot imagine being thrown out of my family's house (even though I'm almost 20, and should really be getting out on my own by this time!) Keeping your friend in prayer; keep us updated on his situation.

Praying for your friend and the entire situation.
It's never easy when thrown out of your own home, but the Lord will open a door for him!!!

God bless..
