Not forgiven unless we forgive:
Matt.18:34,35;(KJV) 34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.
35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

We are to forgive because we are already forgiven:

Eph.4:32;(KJV)
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

That is correct. All of the believer's sins are ALREADY forgiven as they were the result of the Judgment at Calvary. To say any different is to question the efficacy and completeness of the sacrificial work of the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the world.

In light of the magnitude of His forgiveness toward us we forgiv those who sin aganst us. However, all sin is ultimately against God Himself.
