ACLU Lawyers Identify Covert CIA Agents to Al Qaeda Terrorists

The ACLU’s campaign on behalf of Islamic terrorists now includes helping them to identify CIA operatives, who can be targeted for assassination after the liberals who run things set the terrorists free. Lawyers have provided pictures of covert officers to detainees charged with organizing the all-but-forgotten 9/11 attacks.

    The lawyers were apparently attempting to identify CIA officers and contractors involved in the agency’s interrogation of al-Qaeda suspects in facilities outside the United States, where the agency employed harsh techniques. …

    The photos were taken by researchers hired by the John Adams Project, a joint effort of the American Civil Liberties Union and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers…

Some of the agents’ photos were “surreptitiously taken outside their homes,” pointedly jeopardizing agents’ families.

The put-upon terrorists will soon be getting their revenge for having to tolerate unscented soap and under-inflated balls in the Club Gitmo rec room. If the West’s moonbat rulers would release Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, who murdered 270 above Lockerbie, it won’t be long before still more Gitmo vacationers return to the battlefield — which will increasingly become our own cities, now that the War on Terror has been abandoned.

When I was in the Navy the names and activities of CIA agents and their families was classified as Top Secret. Anyone obtaining and releasing that info would be charged for disseminating classified information and usually were charged with espionage and thrown in prison.

If TREASON is the correct charge, the death penalty should apply. If espionage is the more correct charge, GITMO would be too good for them. He was Assistant to President George Bush, Jr. and he was Chief of Staff to Vice President Dick Cheney. There was an investigation into who leaked out the identity of a CIA undercover agent, Valerie Plame. There was a case, 'United States vs. Libby.' On March 6, 2007 Libby was convicted of obstructing the investigation into who traitorously, illegally revealed Plame's undercover identity. Libby was convicted of obstructing justice, making false statements, and perjury (lying).

Evidence at the trial (United States vs. Libby) established the following:

 - Libby learned from his boss, Vice President Dick Cheney, that Valerie Plame was an undercover CIA agent.
 - Libby passed along information about her to a New York Times reporter in a meeting.
 - That meeting between Libby and the reporter had been approved by Vice President Dick Cheney.

Also, former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage admitted that he disclosed the information to a reporter.
Also, former conservative columnist Robert Novak publicly identified Plame as an undercover CIA operative.
Robert Novak said top Bush political adviser Karl Rove was the 2nd source for that newspaper column.

This is what millions of Americans remember was done to undercover CIA agent Valerie Plame and her husband Joe Wilson by the 2nd Bush administration. Plame told a congressional committee that the Americans who exposed her as a CIA agent had ended her CIA career and endangered "entire networks" of CIA agents overseas. Liberal talking points designed to unfocus attention. The comparison would be like between raisins and watermelons. We've all heard the Plame baloney hundreds of times. The facts are that she was not an undercover agent. Regardless, I think that the people responsible should have been prosecuted to the full extent of the law - just like this MUCH LARGER CASE should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In this case, we're talking about active undercover agents and giving aid and comfort to the enemy. The Plame case is "Mickey Mouse" in comparison. Lots of "Mickey Mouse" issues designed to cast attention elsewhere are simply a smoke screen for BIG THINGS that are desperate for attention.
