Lets deal with 2 timothy 3:16
Wish people will do me a favor and have their bible handy
when coming to this board. Lets save time and just briefly
write out the scripture verse numbers your referring to. Scrolling the cursor forever with 1 user is very stressful.
Hope you can receive my wish in love. Thank you.

Okay if grace is salvation only then why bother reading the whole bible? We can't outsmart somebody in math or
chemistry if we only know 1 page on the subject. Paul said the foolishness of God is wiser than man. 1 Cor. 1:25. James 2:10 brings out that every part of the law is an influence on your salvation. We never get perfect (Romans  3:23) but
Paul said to pursue perfection (Hebrews 6:1). The same Paul
lets us know we can't be saved off of 1 page only
(1 timothy 3:16).  you cant be a 1 page bible expert and graduate from God's school on salvation successful.  The formula is the same. grace + repentance = salvation. dont welcome any philosophy comments here. stick to the book
and dont type out every verse word for word they got bibles
and we got time to check out other users lined up here.

Tonytony :  My Bible is handy.
Perhaps you should do us a favor in return – keep a grammatical guide handy and learn proper writing techniques.  A dictionary would also help you.  Is English your second language?  That would help explain why your posts are almost impossible to comprehend.  If you have something important to say, people will tend to completely ignore you unless you present it in a coherent manner.

(FYI - I cannot find any scriptural references on this subject.  If I could I would most assuredly give you the KJV text with proper chapter:verse.)  Smiley

The whole of God's word or nothing. No picking and choosing as in a cafeteria picking out food items that only suit you.

 Sad  Cry

2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

We post the scriptures, and not just numbers because not
everyone that reads these post is a christian.  Many are just
religious, some are not claiming at all to be christians, and
some simply are deceived into thinking they are saved!

1Jo 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
1Jo 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
1Jo 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
1Jo 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
1Jo 4:11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
1Jo 4:12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
1Jo 4:13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.

Interesting verses don't you think? If we can not speak to
one another in love, and live our lives in such a manner that
the love of God flows thru us, then one has to question if the
person who exudes hostility is truely save, or just deceived!

If we have no love for the word of God, where is our love of
God? The scriptures tell us the mind of YHVH. Even in the
natural we want to know the mind of those we love, do you
think that we shouldn't learn the mind of our heavenly father?

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Joh 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

I want to learn all that I can about the one who loved me so
much that he spread his arms for me, and died in my place.
I love to learn about the lover of my soul, I love to talk about
the one who loved me enough to die for me, but most of all
I love to talk to my best friend:and his name is Jesus.

respectfully yours in Yeshua:

John 3:17 for he came not into the world to condemn the world, but that the world thru him might be saved! Rom 8:1 there is therefore no con-
demnation to those who are in
christ Jesus...

Oklahoma Howdy to All,

The start of this thread seems to be pretty strange, and it really is. If you click the web site of tonytony, you will probably discover why.

You are probably talking to The Bible Expert and Professional Speaker who knows everything there is to know about the Holy Bible. You can purchase all kinds of things from the Bible Expert. It's somewhat strange that you have to purchase a preview of anything offered, and there is a blank testimonial page. There are also business opportunities for anyone who wishes to sell the Bible expert's products.

I'm sure that a self-proclaimed Bible expert would have to be telling the truth. Dumb folks like us couldn't possibly understand anything without the Bible expert's help.   Roll Eyes

WOW??   Huh
