            I've been a naughty boy today
            Thoughts bombard my addled brain
            Some are pleasing, rather nice
            Some should end up down the drain
            Sadly, though, the devil knows
            Just what revs my motor up
            Cannot cut them off at source
            Images I tend to sup.

            As my body heaves away
            Hates pollution of the kind
            That infiltrates my Spirit  home
            Courtesy of damaged mind
            Thankfully repentance comes
            Washed and purified by He
            Who shed His precious blood abroad
            To cleanse a sinner such as me.
