Lately I've been having trouble coping with things under the category of "independance", or "growing up". I am in no physical or financial need, and my family is kind and supportive; but I would appreciate your prayers for wisdom, strength and perhaps a little flash of insight. (A big flash might be nice, too.) I may be offline for a while, but I will still be lifting up those who have requested prayer. Have a wonderful and safe New Year! God bless!

"independance", or "growing up".

Would this have anything to do with living at home and the role, as a believer, you have to fulfill in that environment?  If so...I have some answers.  I teach the singles class at my church, most of whom are about your age.  The topic came up about similar issues and I addressed them.  If you're interested/if this is the issue at hand...lemme know!  I'll be happy to share if you would like.   Smiley

Thank you, Allinall. I am not sure exactly what I am dealing with; mostly doubt and worry, which is groundless because I am so blessed. Perhaps it is what you are suggesting.  Smiley

May I ask what the doubt and worry are about?

Nothing. That's why it bugs me.   Tongue

I've been much better lately, though. Thanks.

Willow though I am not sure what your worries may be I would just like to let you know that your not alone in it.  For one you know that God is always right by your side just ask Him for guidance.  And secondly there are many people who worry with different things or sometimes with nothing at all.  I know how you feel sometimes I just get down and find it hard to find joy I keep worrying about well sometimes nothing.  Not sure why I do this it just happens.  I have noticed at these times is when I fall prey to doing things I know I shouldn't. So everytime I get to feeling this way I try to go somewhere with my friends or get occupied with something to get my mind off of it.  Anyway I wish you the best of luck and my thoughts are prayers are with you. God Bless You!!!!
