Boondock Saints is amazing.

If you think it's trash due to its MPAA rating, the homosexual behavior of Defoe's character, the language, or the violence, then you're obviously either incapable of or unwilling to look deeper into the message and the philosophy of the movie.

But you are right, it takes a pretty shallow person to be offended by seeing an actor in bed with another actor. Just in bed, mind you, not sexual behavior took place on camera. The movie had a message. A better one then, say... Left behind.

What is with all the offending all the time? That is the real reason no one likes us. It isn’t because we speak the truth, is it because people have to walk on eggshells to please Christians. Christians are always whining about something.

Exactly. Nothing to be sorry about, you are correct. Not at all in the word of God. But we do it all the time, and I know people who arn't Christian because of it. A real issue? Maybe not to you.

Anyone ever seen it? It is an awesome movie! The only problem I had with it was the Constant use of the F-word. Other then that, it was a good movie! A must see.

Im sorry to hear you liked it Tibby, lol. I couldn't watch it after the first 25 min's. The vulgarity was really bad. I kept apologizing to Jesus in my head when he'd say the F word or any other cuss word and it was every OTHER word that came out of their mouths. So I just couldn't try to apologize & then watch it ya know? Normally I really like William Defoe, but this one..Nah.

     Since when has Christianity become a democrecy, the last I knew it was a theocracy GOD Rules, no voteing. We are to stay away from even the pretence of evil.
