New scanner identifies suicide bombers 
British intel unit questions government's decision not to use

The director of MI5, Britain's domestic intelligence force, has written a strongly worded letter to Prime Minister Gordon Brown to protest the government's failure to buy ground-breaking technology that could help prevent another attack like the terrorism in London in July 2005, when 52 people died.

Jonathan Evans, the tough-talking director-general of MI5, wants access to the new scanner that is being promoted as a way to prevent a repeat of the London attacks that created chaos when suicide bombers exploded their devices on three subway trains and a bus.

The technology was developed by Quinteq, a British defense industry company. Until recently it was owned by the government and worked closely with both MI5 and MI6, Britain's domestic and foreign intelligence agencies. In 2002, the government sold its stake as part of defense cutbacks.

The company went on to develop a state-of-the-art scanner which can "spot terrorists carrying hidden bombs in crowded areas, like subways and shopping malls," the company claimed.

But the government Treasury has declined to buy the devices -- which are now being installed in New York. A Treasury spokesman said: "We are aware of the new devices and are monitoring their effectiveness."

Edward Leigh, the chairman of the House of Commons Committee -- the watchdog which oversees all government funding -- has begun an investigation into the sale of Quinteq.

The world is in chaos and governments are no longer accountable to the people, and don't even care to protect them. How does it make sense that they wouldn't use any and all precautions to guard against another attack? Right is wrong and wrong is right! There is no logic in government rulings anymore.

Bush and company want to split Israel by the end of this year, going against the Bible's teaching on such a matter. Anti-Semetism is rising around the world, similar to sentiments prior to WWII. Biblical Events are accelerating at break neck speed.

Can the One World Gov't and the attack on Israel be far off? Is this the generation that will see the return or our Messiah?

Hello Sister Barbara,

I personally think it will be this generation. All of the wild and senseless things happening around the world makes me think the end days are near. Evil appears to be ripening by the minute. We can only compare the Bible to world events, guess, and anxiously await the Glorious Appearance of CHRIST in the clouds. I give thanks to know many sweet Christians who are going to love HIS appearance. I would love for this DAY TO BE IT!
