Obama to stop ousting illegals?
President asked for executive order to halt deportation, work raids

A former illegal alien who sought sanctuary in a Chicago church in 2006 before being deported back to Mexico has written a letter to President Barack Obama, asking him to issue an executive order to stop sending illegals home.

Elvira Arellano came to the United States illegally in 1997 and was deported. But she returned less than a week later and began working as a cleaning employee for the O'Hare International Airport. After being convicted of Social Security fraud, she faced another deportation in August 2006. She took refuge in Adalberto United Methodist Church in Chicago and called for the suspension of the nation's immigration laws and a "campaign of resistance."

She remained there for months before traveling to California where she was arrested and deported from Los Angeles in 2007.

Today, outside the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, Arellano announced that she gave American officials a letter for Obama, asking him to stop workplace raids and deportations, the Associated Press reports. She said she believes the new president will reform U.S. immigration policy and stop separating families.

The announcement came during an immigration march in Washington, D.C., today. Several groups, organized by the Fair Immigration Reform Movement, or FIRM, marched on the offices of Immigration and Customs Enforcement for "just and humane" immigration reform. According to its website, the group aims to "lay to rest 8 years of enforcement-only immigration policy at the hands of the Bush administration."

President Obama's immigration agenda has been posted on the WhiteHouse website, where he said, "Our broken immigration system can only be fixed by putting politics aside and offering a complete solution that secures our border, enforces our laws, and reaffirms our heritage as a nation of immigrants."

The agenda calls for the following actions:

    * Create Secure Borders: Protect the integrity of our borders. Support additional personnel, infrastructure and technology on the border and at our ports of entry.

    * Improve Our Immigration System: Fix the dysfunctional immigration bureaucracy and increase the number of legal immigrants to keep families together and meet the demand for jobs that employers cannot fill

    * Remove Incentives to Enter Illegally: Remove incentives to enter the country illegally by cracking down on employers who hire undocumented immigrants

    * Bring People Out of the Shadows: Support a system that allows undocumented immigrants who are in good standing to pay a fine, learn English, and go to the back of the line for the opportunity to become citizens

    * Work with Mexico: Promote economic development in Mexico to decrease illegal immigration

As WND reported earlier, Obama has also advocated issuing driver's licenses to illegal aliens.

As U.S. senator, Obama voted voted against an amendment aimed at reducing document fraud and preserving the integrity of the Social Security system. He also sponsored a bill to provide in-state tuition rates at state and community colleges to illegals.

Oscar Chacón, executive director of the National Alliance of Latin American and Caribbean Communities, told New York's El Diario Americans can expect to see a change in immigration policy as early as this year.

"There is no doubt that the Obama Administration will push immigration reform," Chacón said. "In a meeting we ... had recently with the Obama transition team's immigration advisers, they assured us that he has in his plans an immigration reform for the first year of his government."

should emphasize 'social return' over worker skill

A top economic adviser to President Obama has told a congressional panel the billions of dollars in the proposed economic stimulus plan should be allocated with social issues in mind, to make sure the money doesn't go to just "white male construction workers" or the highly skilled.

Robert Reich, who served as labor secretary under President Clinton, was speaking to the House Steering and Policy Committee Jan. 7 about funding infrastructure projects across the nation.

"It seems to me that infrastructure spending is a very important and good way of stimulating the economy. The challenge will be to do it quickly, to find projects that can be done that will have a high social return, that also can be done with the greatest speed possible," Reich said.

"I am concerned, as I'm sure many of you are, that these jobs not simply go to high skilled people who are already professionals or to white male construction workers," he said.

The hearing took place two weeks before Obama was inaugurated.

"I have nothing against white male construction workers," Reich said. "I'm just saying there are a lot of other people who have needs as well.

"There are ways in which the money can be, criteria can be set so the money does go to others, the long term unemployed, minorities, women," he said.

Rep. Charles Rangel, D-N.Y., appeared to agree, suggesting federal money be directed to specific groups of people.

The federal government, he said, must "remove the discretion" about where the funds go, or what projects would be involved, even to the point of eliminating any input from governors or state legislatures.

Reich agreed: "Governors ought to be, should be given a choice of signing on the bottom line or not."

Then Rangel noted the "middle class" would be unlikely to create any opposition to funds directed to minorities.

"One thing that you can depend on, you don't have to be worried about what the middle class is going to do. Things are so bad, they have to put food on their tables, get clothes for their kids, get them in school," he said.

Commentator Michelle Malkin said Reich's statements expose "the lie that the Obama administration is actually interested in revitalizing basic infrastructure for the good of the economy."

"No, what Team Obama really wants is to ensure that the least skilled, least qualified workers get jobs based on their chromosomes and pigment," she said.

Malkin cited Reich's own blog, where the Obama adviser wrote of the economic stimulus plan: "I'd suggest that all contracts entered into with stimulus funds require contractors to provide at least 20 percent of jobs to the long-term unemployed and to people with incomes at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level."

This, Malkin wrote, is "spoken like a true-blue wealth redistributor. The 'needs' (read: demands) of politically protected minorities trump the need for competently build roads and bridges."

On his blog, Reich makes his case for, "The Stimulus: How to Create Jobs Without Them All Going to Skilled Professionals and White Male Construction Workers."

"At least 2 percent of project funds should be allocated to such training. In addition, advantage should be taken of buildings trades apprenticeships -- which must be fully available to women and minorities," he wrote.

Race already has become an issue several times in the Obama administration.

As WND reported, Democratic Party strategist Donna Brazile admitted she swiped Obama's complimentary blanket from his inauguration ceremony and then joked it was not a criminal offense because, "We have a black president ... this was free."

Outrage also erupted over the inauguration benediction by Rev. Joseph Lowery, the 87-year-old civil rights pioneer, for asking God to help mankind work for a day when "white would embrace what is right."

Sister, I understand completely, and I think that all Christians do. However, we still serve an ALMIGHTY GOD, and HIS WILL BE DONE! I am 100% convinced that GOD does as HE pleases in Heaven and on earth, and HE still loves to hear HIS children pray. GOD can direct government in any way that HE pleases if it is within HIS Will.

At this point, we don't know how bad things are going to get, and we don't know what evils our government will do. So, very few of us have any trust in government, but we still have CONCRETE TRUST, FAITH, and HOPE in GOD! I am CERTAIN that GOD still watches over Christians around the world, even in places that are much worse than this part of the world. We must remember that missionaries have lived in hostile and dangerous environments for many years. In fact, GOD'S children have lived and died in horrible situations for thousands of years. If it is GOD'S Will that we die, we will die, but NOTHING will change the FACT that we belong to HIM. We have the LIGHT OF CHRIST within us, and that LIGHT should shine for the remainder of the time we have left in this short life. Our LIGHT can have a good and Godly impact on everything around us, but we must remember that our LIGHT is CHRIST and the amount of LIGHT involves PRAYER! The LIGHT can and does shine on the lost, just as the LIGHT did shine on us before we accepted CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOUR. We must also remember that the GREAT RESTRAINER has NOT been removed yet. Brothers and Sisters, we must look at reality and know that most of us have no choice but to live here. It is still our country and our President, regardless of what we agree or disagree with. As individual Christians, we should still be standing up for good and against evil, and we should still know that our STAND AND TESTIMONY makes a difference. Our GOD still makes a difference also. As Christians, we pray for the lost every day, so we can and should also pray for our government. GOD'S Will be done, and it WILL BE! We should also remember that the evil many of the lost do causes great suffering for themselves and everyone around them. Their suffering will not end in this short life if they die under the curse of sin and death - ETERNITY will be MUCH WORSE! This is just one tiny example of why we pray for the lost. JESUS CHRIST is the ONLY answer, and great hosts will reject HIM. However, many people are still accepting CHRIST around the world, and there is no time for GOD'S children to lay down and give up. GOD is still working, and GOD will still be working during the Tribulation Period.

White House plan puts bull's-eye on talk shows
Posted agenda issues warning about new 'obligation' review

The White House is promising new reviews of the "obligations" to the government by broadcasters who "occupy the nation's spectrum" just as the president has targeted conservative talk radio icon Rush Limbaugh for a public attack, raising concerns over the possible restoration of the "Fairness Doctrine," a policy that failed as unneeded and unconstitutional two decades ago.

Paul Ibrahim of NorthStarWriters.com cited Obama's warning to congressional Republicans that "you can't just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done" in suggesting the president has become the "driving force" because a new "systematic" plan to "intimidate and demonize Obama's opponents."

That such a campaign was launched only days after Obama's inauguration is "tremendously perturbing," he wrote.

"Welcome to the politics of hope 'n' change. Obama's startling attempt to hang Limbaugh's scalp on the wall is a warning that the new ruler does not want unity – he demands it," Ibrahim wrote.

On Obama's agenda, according to his White House website, is the goal to "encourage diversity in media ownership."

Obama elaborates on the site that his aim is to "encourage diversity in the ownership of broadcast media, promote the development of new media outlets for expression of diverse viewpoints, and clarify the public interest obligations of broadcasters who occupy the nation's spectrum."

The plan apparently aligns with longstanding Democratic suggestions to resurrect the "Fairness Doctrine."

The policy was abandoned in 1987 under President Reagan when there were 75 radio talk shows in the U.S. Reagan opposed the policy because it required broadcast TV and radio programs to air "opposing views" on political issues, which had the practical effect of virtually eliminating opinion programs.

Since abandonment of the Fairness Doctrine, the number of radio talk shows has risen to more than 3,000.

WND founder and editor Joseph Farah long has warned about Democrats' plans to revive restrictions on the airwaves.

"If the Democrats and their me-too Republican allies are successful at sacking talk radio, there will be no stopping them," Farah warned. "Broadcast will be first. Then they will go after the Internet with taxes and new regulations and hate-crimes laws. And when they succeed at muzzling dissenting voices there, they will even turn to print. Remember, we are dealing with a neo-fascist mentality here."

Many fear the Fairness Doctrine would drive talk radio hosts – like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Michael Savage – out of business.

During the presidential campaign, spokesman Michael Ortiz  indicated Obama thought the debate was "a distraction."

But author Brad O'Leary examined Obama's legal and organizational attempts to silence media detractors during the presidential race and came to a different conclusion.

"Barack Obama has shown a stunning lack of tolerance for free speech throughout the course of [his] campaign," said O'Leary. "His presidency, combined with supermajorities for Democrats in Congress, would almost certainly bring back the so-called 'Fairness Doctrine' and allow the Democrats to snuff out any broadcasters with whom they disagree."

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., affirmed her support to Human Events reporter John Gizzi for a "Fairness" policy, and Sen. Jeff Bingaman, D-N.M., told radio host Jim Villanucci, "I would want this station and all stations to have to present a balanced perspective and different points of view, instead of always hammering away at one side of the political [spectrum]."

Ibrahim noted the president's public verbal condemnation of Limbaugh makes clear his "rejection" of the old "Bush" politics.

"You see, President Bush did not launch assaults on private citizens, nor did he ever label anyone as 'unpatriotic' for disagreeing with him. Thus, Obama and his friends are now effecting the change they promised. Welcome to their 'new' politics," he wrote.

The National Review's Byron York said Obama's criticism of Limbaugh makes it appear he considers the talk host "the true leader of the Republican opposition."

York said Limbaugh responded that Obama was trying to make the arguments about the radio show instead of Obama's actual plans.

"To make the argument about me instead of his plan makes sense from his perspective," Limbaugh told York. "Obama's plan would buy votes for the Democrat Party, in the same way FDR's New Deal established majority power for 50 years of Democrat rule, and it would also simultaneously seriously damage any hope of future tax cuts.

"I believe his stimulus is aimed at re-establishing 'eternal' power for the Democrat Party rather than stimulating the economy because anyone with a brain knows this is NOT how you stimulate the economy," Limbaugh continued. "If I can be made to serve as a distraction, then there is that much less time debating the merits of this TRILLION dollar debacle."

Limbaugh added: "One more thing, Byron. Your publication and website have documented Obama's ties to the teachings of Saul Alinksy while he was community organizing in Chicago. Here is Rule 13 of Alinksy's Rules for Radicals: 'Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.'"

Michael G. Franc, writing on the National Review's "The Corner" blog, noted that attorney general nominee Eric Holder also has refused to commit to opposing to Fairness Doctrine.

Obama's choice to head his FCC transition team, Democrat Henry Rivera, added to fear in media circles that the Fairness Doctrine might return to silence conservative talk radio.

Brian Maloney of the blog The Radio Equalizer said in his post "Meet Talk's Executioner" he believes Rivera will use his position to bring back the law for that very purpose.

Rivera, according to Maloney, "is expected to lead the push to dismantle commercial talk radio that is favored by a number of Democratic Party senators. Rivera will play a pivotal role in preventing critics from having a public voice during Obama's tenure in office."

Connecting the Dots - Apostacy in America takes front stage during inauguration

If one wishes to understand the direction of the nation, one only has to look at the prayers that were offered during the inauguration. The prayers reflected the man who occupies the Oval Office who told the nation, "We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus - and non-believers."

Kicking off the inauguration was homosexual activist and apostate Episcopalian minister "Vickie" Eugene Robinson who opened with, "O god of our many understandings..." then proceeded to curse America with his "blessings" - calling on our nation to suffer tears, anger and discomfort for our treatment of homosexuals, the poor in other nations, and every religions gods.

On Jan. 21st, Ingrid Mattson, president of the Islamic Society of N. America, offered an inaugural prayer at the National Cathedral. ISNA is supported by the terrorist group The Muslim Brotherhood and was also named as an unidicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land terrorist money laundering trial.

Mattson is quoted by the Center for Security Policy as saying, "Indeed, since preserving faith is the highest priority, it is important that Muslims avoid demoralizing dependence on other faith communities for their protection and material needs. People of faith have a certain kind of solidarity with others of their faith community that transcends the basic rights and duties of citizenship."

At the inauguration proper, Saddleback Church pastor Rick Warren gave a Christian prayer, yet the discerning ear found it to be ecumenical by virtue of its inclusion of phrases from all the major religions - Christian, Jewish and Muslim. After publicly approving of having the homosexual Robinson pray, Warren followed his same theme, although it was carefully hidden.

Warren prayed, "The Scripture tells us, 'Hear O Israel, the LORD is our God, the LORD is One.' And you are the compassionate and merciful one." But here, Warren mixed the Scriptures of the Bible and the Koran - considered a somewhat heretical move by many Jews, Muslims and Christians.

"'The compassionate, the merciful' is, of course, a reference to the invocation at the beginning of every chapter of the Koran except one...the prayer indicates yet again that there is little general awareness of the reasons why the term 'Judeo-Christian-Islamic values' is a misnomer.

All religions do not worship the same god. The first commandment is, "You shall have no other gods before Me", (Exodus 20:3). Jesus says in John 14:6, "I AM the way, the truth and the life; no man comes to the Father but throught Me."

The Koran instructs its readers to kill Christians and Jews. Why are Christian religious leaders compromising the Word of God? Why are Americans tolerating such apostacy?

  The leader is a projection of the people, the spirit of the community. Republican and Democrat alike like Peter we've taken our eyes off from Jesus, .the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, creature of the heavens and the earth. We say that it was by our might that America won it's independence from the tyranny of Great Britain's empire - today we refuse to acknowledge God's divine and sovereign design - therefore sinking to the very tyranny we sought to escape at the founding of this great country. Are we becoming Pagan and merely ritualistic in religion that we as a people have accepted this man as President though his rival was not much better between the evils. This of course is a Christian site so I'm probably singing with the choir but these are the last days and this chaos shows that God is in control and this leader Mr Obama is in preparation to the conditions required for his return.

Communist: Obama looking to nationalize U.S. economy
Claims 'people advocate president'
pushing through radical agenda

President Obama is "considering" a radical agenda to nationalize the U.S. financial system, the Federal Reserve Bank, and private industries such as energy and other sectors whose future is "problematic" in private hands, claims the leader of the Communist Party USA.
 
In a major speech focused on Obama titled "Off and running: Opportunity of a lifetime," CPUSA leader Sam Webb also alleges Obama's administration is considering turning education, childcare, and health care into "no profit zones;" rerouting investment capital from military infrastructure to "green economy" projects and public infrastructure; and waging a "full scale" assault on global warming.
 
"We now have not simply a friend, but a people's advocate in the White House," declared Webb at a recent speech in Ohio for People's Weekly World Communist newspaper.
 
"An era of progressive change is within reach, no longer an idle dream. Just look at the new lay of the land: a friend of labor and its allies sits in the White House," Webb proclaimed.

He stated Obama and the "broad coalition that supports him will almost inevitably have to consider – and they already are – the following measures:
 
Public ownership of the financial system and the elimination of the shadow banking system and exotic derivatives.

Public control of the Federal Reserve Bank.

Counter-crisis spending of a bigger size and scope to invigorate and sustain a full recovery and meet human needs – something that the New Deal never accomplished.

Strengthening of union rights in order to rebalance the power between labor and capital in the economic and political arenas.

Trade agreements that have at their core the protection and advancement of international working class interests.

Equality in conditions of life for racially minorities and women.

Democratic public takeover of the energy complex as well as a readiness to consider the takeover of other basic industries whose future is problematic in private hands.

Turning education, child care, and health care into "no profit" zones.

Rerouting investment capital from unproductive investment (military, finance and so forth) to productive investment in a green economy and public infrastructure.

Changing direction of our nation's foreign policy toward cooperation, disarmament, and diplomacy. We can't have threats, guns and military occupations on the one hand and butter, democracy, goodwill, and peace on the other.

Serious and sustained commitment to assisting the developing countries that are locked in poverty and misery."
 
Webb lauded Obama's  $800-plus billion so-called stimulus package as "a good bill that will ease the pain of this crisis, create jobs, and begin to reflate the economy."
 
He explained labor unions, which he said were instrumental in Obama's election, must work to keep the White House in check by "exercis[ing] an enormous influence on the political process. Never before has a coalition with such breadth walked on the political stage of our country," he said.
 
Indeed, in an article just after last November's election titled, "Special Interest or Class Consciousness? How Labor Put Obama in the White House," Political Affairs reported on polling data released that revealed the extent of union support for Obama.

The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, or AFL-CIO, sponsored a poll showing union members supported Obama by a 68-30 margin and strongly influenced their family members.

According to the survey, Obama won among white men who are union members by 18 points. Union gun-owners backed Obama by 12 points, while union veterans voted for Obama by a 25-point margin. In the general population, Obama lost these groups by significant margins.

'Sanctions' sought
in eligibility case
President's attorneys file motion demanding
birth, college records be withheld from public

A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be "monetary sanctions" against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" citizen in that post.

The suggestion came in an exchange of e-mails and documents in a case brought by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others in California. The case originally sought to have the state's electors ordered to withhold their votes for Obama until his eligibility was established. Since Obama's inauguration, it has been amended to seek a future requirement for a vetting process, in addition to the still-sought unveiling of his records.

In the case, handled largely by Gary Kreep of the U.S. Justice Foundation, records were subpoenaed documenting Obama's attendance at Occidental College.

The lawyer for the college, Stuart W. Rudnick of Musick, Peeler & Garrett, urgently contacted Fredric D. Woocher of Strumwasser & Woocher.

"This firm is counsel to Occidental College. The College is in receipt of the enclosed subpoena that seeks certain information concerning President-Elect Barack Obama," he wrote via fax. "Inasmuch as the subpoena appears to be valid on its face, the College will have no alternative but to comply with the subpoena absent a court order instructing otherwise."

Within hours, Woocher contacted Kreep regarding the issue, telling him, "It will likely not surprise you to hear that President-elect Obama opposes the production of the requested records.

"In order to avoid the needless expense of our bringing and litigating a Motion to Quash the subpoena, I am writing to ask whether you would be willing to agree voluntarily to cancel or withdraw the subpoena."

Woocher warned, "Please be advised, in particular, that in the event we are forced to file a motion to quash and we prevail in that motion, we will seek the full measure of monetary sanctions provided for in the Code of Civil Procedures."

Kreep, out of town for a business trip, did not respond immediately, and the motion eventually was filed. It states that the records, which could reveal on what name Obama attended classes at Occidental and whether he attended on scholarship money intended for foreign students, "are of no relevance to this moot litigation."

The motion also claims the petitioners failed to serve the subpoena properly.

"The subpoena directed to Occidental College should therefore be quashed. Alternatively, this court should issue an order directing that the deposition of the custodian of records of Occidental College not take place," the firm working on Obama's behalf stated.

"The central issue in this lawsuit … is whether any Respondent had a legal duty to demand proof of natural born citizenship from Democratic Party's nominee," the motion said. "None of the documents sought by petitioners could possibly assist in answering this question."

The motion then cited a precedent from a case involving a "former law firm client who brought malpractice action against firm claiming unconscionable rates was not entitled to discovery regarding amount paid by law firm to contract staff attorney because such information is irrelevant to unconscionability claim."

The case, with Keyes, Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson as plaintiffs, names California Secretary of State Debra Bowen, Barack Hussein Obama, Joe Biden and the state's electors as defendants.

"OBAMA has been inaugurated as the president of the United States. However, to properly assume such office, OBAMA must meet the qualifications specified in Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution for the Office of the President of the United States, which includes that he must be a 'natural born' citizen," the amended complaint states.

"OBAMA has failed to demonstrate that he is a 'natural born' citizen. There have been a number of legal challenges before various state and federal courts regarding aspects of non-, lost, or dual citizenship concerning OBAMA. Those challenges, in and of themselves, demonstrate Petitioners' argument that reasonable doubt exists as to his eligibility to serve as President of the United States.

"To avert a constitutional crisis which would certainly accrue after such an election through laborious legal challenges, this writ seeks to require SOS (Secretary of State) to verify the eligibility of a Presidential candidate prior to the candidate appearing on the California ballot. It is incumbent on the candidates to present the necessary documentation confirming his or her eligibility, but, to date, for this past election, OBAMA has failed to do so," the complaint continues.

"An unprecedented and looming constitutional crisis awaits if a President elected by the popular vote and the electoral vote does not constitutionally qualify to serve in that capacity," the case said. "In addition, if OBAMA is not a 'natural born' citizen and not eligible for presidency, OBAMA will be subject to the criminal provisions of the California Elections Code, stating, 'Any person who files or submits for filing a nomination paper or declaration of candidacy knowing that it, or any part of it, has been made falsely, is punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the state prison for 16 months or two or three years or by both the fine and imprisonment,'" the complaint states.

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges that have alleged Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some claim he was not born in Hawaii, as he insists, but in Kenya. Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Several details of Obama's past have added twists to the question of his eligibility and citizenship, including his family's move to Indonesia when he was a child and on what nation's passport he traveled to Pakistan in the '80s, as well as conflicting reports from Obama's family about his place of birth.

In just the last few days, WND has reported on a developing lawsuit by a team of state lawmakers as well as military officers, both of whom would be bound to follow orders from the president and would need to know whether the orders were legitimate.

WND also reported this week on a separate case that accuses Congress of failing to investigate President Obama's birthplace before approving the Electoral College vote giving him the presidency, after going through that very investigative process for GOP candidate Sen. John McCain.

Several of the cases – including those brought by Orly Taitz, Cort Wrotnowski, Leo Donofrio and Philip Berg, already have been discussed in conference at the U.S. Supreme Court, which has decided not to hold a hearing on any of the merits.

The huge amount of money and effort being spent to PREVENT the investigation of Obama's eligibility is simply adding FUEL TO THE FIRE that WILL NOT BE PUT OUT until proper PROOF is presented. In my opinion, there IS NO PROOF, and Obama IS NOT ELIGIBLE. This IS GOING TO BE ADDRESSED sooner or later because Obama is not ABOVE THE LAW. If there are CRIMINAL AND CIVIL CONSEQUENCES for his actions, they should be pursued WITH HASTE AND VIGOR! In the meantime, negative consequences for an entire nation MOUNTS because Obama thinks he is above the law. I personally think that the PROOF will indicate a massive FRAUD, and anyone associated with this massive FRAUD should be held completely ACCOUNTABLE! The RULE OF LAW AND CONSTITUTION IS WHAT MATTERS - not what Obama and his cohorts want or don't want. Regardless, this matter is going to be resolved - sooner or later - one way or another. There isn't enough money and/or corrupt courts to prevent this matter from being resolved.
