U.S. War Vets to Speak Publicly About War Crimes

U.S. war veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan have announced they're planning to descend on Washington, DC this March to testify about war crimes they committed or personally witnessed in Iraq.

I won't copy the rest of this article because it is down right sickening, accusing good Soldiers of purposefully and willfully committing war crimes. It also contains many comments from J. Kerry at the "Winter soldier" event of 1971. It sounds like nothing more than a repeat of false accusations by some disgruntled Soldiers that didn't get what they wanted over something and now are wanting to make it big in politics.

Those claiming that they themselves committed war crimes should be investigated to the fullest and if they did then they should be prosecuted. Giving these people "amnesty" so they can tell their lies for personal gain is a travesty in itself. Arrest them, investigate them and prosecute them accordingly. If they are telling the truth or lying there are appropriate charges than can be applied and should be. This would stop the liars and make any that may have committed a war crime accountable for their own actions. From my own experiences in Viet Nam and Desert Storm I have a big feeling that the vast majority of them would be going down for falsifying charges and rightfully so.
